Bitcoin will definitely hit all time high in due season, for now, we are in bear market, expect for the market to rise after we are done with this and enters into another halving stage, where bullrun set in and the market makes all time high.
One of the reasons Bitcoin is so volatile is because manipulation is limited and restricted and there is no central body to control.
Limited ability to manipulate or perform any shady art is not the reason behind Bitcoin volatility, the decentralized network has been designed with the protocols that makes it volatile based on demand and supply and as people are buying and selling in the market, volatility only presented every investors the right timing of buying or when they should sell at a desiring rate, while network security and blockchain technology was the brain behind it not being able to be manipulated.
