What happened:: They confiscated my winning after only two bets https://imgur.com/a/yLz0dsd, I suspect the problem lies with Betby's AI, which is flagging false positives; it happened to me with degen.com and confiscated my winnings, and I found someone else with the same issue.

So why not stick to those that have paid out to you before? If I play on a specific casino and I get paid without any issues then I don't see why I should keep trying out new casinos unless if there is something new i want to try out.

If an odds provider is flagging you on 1 site then they are going to flag you on every site that uses them, just FYI. You might do some research and see what sites are not using Betby if you want to continue sportsbetting.

So, you are switching to a different sportsbook after getting limited on one platform. You mentioned several sportsbooks above from which you were able to withdraw your winnings. Have you been limited on all of those platforms? Or are you still placing bets and withdrawing from some of them without any issues?

All the sportsbooks won't treat you in the same way. Some sportsbooks with Betby provider will block or apply betting limits on your account by processing your last withdrawal, where some other sportsbooks will confiscate your deposit and winnings. Is it really possible to maintain profit all the time without value or arbitrage betting strategy?

Whatever strategy you are using, the gaming provider clearly doesn't welcome it.

Any profitable strategy will be limited on softbooks, the problem is the confiscation of winnings.

Account limitations are normal, but confiscating winnings is wrong, if I had placed the same bets and ended up with a loss, would they have voided my losses too?

I believe that is the aspect that makes this case interesting.  If the OP has experienced the same problems with other casinos in the past,  then it is reasonable to look beyond the casino and just ask the right question:  is there something about their betting strategy or the markets that are being played that seems to be bringing the same issues?

Anyway this is a good move from Bitz team. This is just an indication that the casino is ready to settle the issue rather than prolonging the issue and since the prize and the deposit will be refunded, hopefully both of parties can now move on.

It's honestly a very weird situation when a player places a bet offered by the bookmaker, the bet is accepted, it wins, and then the user suddenly gets accused of something.

However, a casino is a private business and has the right to refuse service to anyone—that’s just a fact. The fact that the Bitz team simply refunded your balance and restricted your account is entirely within their rights. It actually shows that Bitz is a legitimate, functioning casino that just decided they didn't want to serve a specific user for their own reasons.

It’s just sad that there are fraudulent sites out there like the betcoin.ag scam that simply steal initial deposits without any explanation, even though they use the exact same Betby lines.

After reviewing my complaint, Bitz.io decided to return both my deposit and my $160 in winnings, although they chose to close my account afterwards. This is exactly the approach I expected, if a sportsbook no longer wants me as a customer, that's their business. However, confiscating legitimate winnings after accepted bets is a completely different matter.
