I can't believe what happened to me today. I deposited $61 and was playing Blackjack today. And my minimum bet was $5 and I was playing and my entire amount was gone. But there was $0.54 left. Then I went out of the gambling game and played Dice with the entire $0.54 to make the balance 0 at once and I won. Then I kept playing Dice. And when my balance hit $5 after playing Dice, I went back to playing Blackjack. And there the incredible thing happened. I played Blackjack with that $5 and my balance became $127.29 and I came out of the gambling game and withdrew the money. This happened to me today. I can't believe it. I myself am very surprised how this could happen. Has this happened to any of you?

By the way, ask yourself: if you had a much larger sum of money instead of $61, would you have played the same way? Or would you have used different, more cautious gambling tactics and strategies? 🙂

I think  if the bankroll had been much larger, I'm pretty sure the approach would've been completely different.

That's actually a fascinating story about Gomiashvili. I'd never heard it before, even though I've watched quite a few of the movies he starred in. It does sound almost unbelievable, but it's exactly these rare stories that create the "magic" around gambling.
That's why I wouldn't call it a strategy. And I think the real question is how our attitude toward risk changes depending on the amount of money involved. It's one thing to risk your last 54 cents, and something completely different to make the same decision with a few thousand dollars.

When you are betting and luck hits you, the way you will make profits will become a surprise to you. Maybe you may have been someone that is struggling to make profits from the casino you are using but suddenly you started making profits beyond your expectations. This happens and I have been in this kind of condition before thinking what may have been the reason for my sudden luck.

We don't have any control when luck will show up what we can control is the emotion that we have, since OP came from a huge streaks of losses then suddenly bounce back after luck show up, the good catch is he did not lose that opportunity to stop and quit his way to transfer out his bankroll, that's a good way to enjoy your luck.

Just like how OP describe it, anything can happen but I like your comparison because that's the usual scenarios inside gambling there some who can be lucky and win while the numbers of those who lose are far higher, that's why casino still do exist.

So luck is not overemphasized in gambling. It is something that happens even when some gamblers least expected it. My advise particularly for those who are new to gambling is that they should not mistaken luck in gambling as they being specially favoured by gambling. They should just count luck and luck and nothing more.

Must be a bonus buy or featured spins? Because 400x is actually pretty low for a max win multiplier on any slot. Usually the max wins are at least 10,000x or maybe 1000x at the very minimum. With featured spins and bonus buys, though, the max multi comes down, so that might be the case.

According on what he said, I think it wasn't a bonus buy but it looks like he was only playing with base game. You are right though that 400x seems low for a max win. But on some Pragmatic Play games, their max win multi is at 5kx. Never tried hitting them though despite playing the game for a very long time now, huhu.. 400x was still a decent multi. It is a bit rare.

I have never been as lucky as you at Blackjack, but I have had some very lucky moments playing slots. A few months ago, I experienced something similar to what OP did. I was playing during a gambling session, and long story short, my bankroll was depleted. Suddenly, I checked my personal wallet, which still had about $9 in it, and then deposited it into my bankroll. Long story short again, I managed to multiply it more than tenfold. Well, my story may be a little different, but I think the sensation we all feel is the same: the joy of an unexpected win.

By the way, sometimes I wonder why luck tends to come more often at the end ? I have had quick wins when gambling, especially when I have just started my session, but more often, I get them near the end of the game (when my bankroll is almost gone).

Exactly, just imagine among millions of gamblers you where are among the few ones to get rewarded. Is not that you are too special or you are well known by the casino , is because you where lucky enough to be among those that got rewarded in gambling as there are winners there are also losers , just takes luck to be among the winning side. 

So instead of thinking that you have mastered gambling , best advice is to continue to sees it as luck and not to get carried away thinking you have mastered it and start making irrational decisions.

I can count how many times I’ve experienced this kind of come backs, but I can’t count is how many times I’ve had my total bankroll completely cleaned out on a quest to comeback from a loss that I could have simply just let go. The route of chasing to recover a loss is a dangerous one and the chances of success are always slimmer than failure, and people who actually succeed just like the OP are considered to be extremely lucky, and the thing about these kind of things is that, people cannot always be lucky at all time, so it’s always better to avoid it.

I do agree that this is not really that much of a complicated thing, it's just a simple situation. I do agree that we are not going to see this becoming something that would not be all that easy.

We should realize chasing a loss is something emotional, and that emotional decision could cost us a lot financially, it is not really an easy thing at all. I do get that we should not be really considering how this could be very different on the long run, and we can definitely turn that into something that could make a lot of money by stepping away sooner.
