Regarding the proof: As a Newbie account, I am restricted from posting direct images here. I am more than happy to share the full, unedited email logs with forum moderators or via PM to senior members to verify my case.
Regarding responsibility: I took full control and responsibility by explicitly informing them of my addiction and requesting a permanent closure. The support agent explicitly replied: "we will immediately take action to close your account for your safety and well-being."
Once a casino acknowledges a self-exclusion request for addiction, the responsibility to lock the door shifts to them. Leaving it open and actively sending cashback incentives to a declared addict is a severe breach of gambling safety protocols, not a matter of player control.
I will look into moving this to the Scam Accusation board if that is more appropriate.
