Just this evening I found myself in the gathering where different topics where discussed and one of the most discussed topic was the existence of spirits.
On that gathering someone said in different occasions especially at midnight he has seen different kinds of spirits and he saw them moving in specific route and finds it difficult communicating with them maybe because of fear or something he could not explain, although i supported that motion because when I was younger I still remember different things have been said about spirits but am still confused because I don't know if that assumption was true or false.
Whether spirits exist depend on what you mean by "spirits" and on your worldview. From a scientific perspective there's no clear evidence that spirit such as ghost or disembodied beings exist, but many people had reported cases of seeing ghosts or whatever they may call it.
But, when we look at it from a religious perspective, although I won't say all religion rather I'll be specific by saying in Christianity we who are Christians believe that spirit exist because the holy book told us so, but outside the religion I believe spirit exist because in my place there's a festival we celebrate every year in the month of August and whenever we are celebrating this festival we always keep drinks outside as a kola to our Fathers, and whenever we wake up in the morning we see that those drinks were actually drank.
