A lot of the 2009 wallet files have probably been deleted, broken or wiped already anyway. I can't imagine many would have survived.

Can you share the address you used back then and if not maybe check how the coins moved to see when they last did as you should.be able to follow the outputs on a Blockchain explorer like Blockchain.com.

First advice I will give you is to space your post so it can be readable, many people won't read this because of how your post appears.

Too much and messy to read.
Essentially, you keep copies everywhere, and assume they've been accessed by many people: your ex-girlfriend from 2009, your HDD technician from 2021, and even the Bitcoin seller himself (you didn't create your own wallet?). Let's say you want to take legal action, how do you prove that the copies are yours? Sorry, you have nothing now, just a story.
