Hello,

What happened: I created an account on Shuffle; everything went smoothly—I deposited and withdrew without any issues. With my last withdrawal ($268), they put it under review and told me the account needed manual verification; I uploaded everything, it was all approved, but nothing happened—they’ve stopped responding, and the withdrawal is still under review.

Would you mind sharing evidence backing up your claims? Anyway, my guess here is they are investigating something. This is not the first time I've seen gamblers experiencing situations like this from casinos. If this just happened a day or two ago, I suggest waiting for a bit more, they might send an update then.

They have an ANN thread here, but I'm not really sure who their active forum representative that tackles casino complaints here in the forum.

The two Shuffle representatives that I know [ndumm and ShuffleTim] haven't logged in for a long time, but I remember "holydarkness" was able to assist with and resolve a few shuffle-related disputes in the past.

but for me, is disturbing to no respond on emails, on live chat.. maybe if you send me an email for waiting or just update my situation...

Most likely, they can only investigate the account and the bets after KYC completed, so your withdrawal investigation process actually only began yesterday. Please give them a couple more days. So basically no time has passed. That's WAY too early to start a scam accusation and/or panic, especially not for 268$ that no casino of this size needs to scam.
Sure, getting no updates and a lack of communication is always very annoying and in parts scary, yet some sites when they don't have an update yet tend to ghost the customer, which of course is not a good treatment.
Just wait a bit, maybe in some hours or a day or so it will all be fine. And if they come of with something you feel is false you can come back here and update.
