Just to be sure, when did you complete the verification? Like how many hours/days ago? If the window is short, then you might want to wait a few more days. I would also expect them to at least communicate to you what's going on and maybe the time frame with which their review is completed.

but for me, is disturbing to no respond on emails, on live chat.. maybe if you send me an email for waiting or just update my situation...
So basically no time has passed. That's WAY too early to start a scam accusation and/or panic, especially not for 268$ that no casino of this size needs to scam.
Sure, getting no updates and a lack of communication is always very annoying and in parts scary, yet some sites when they don't have an update yet tend to ghost the customer, which of course is not a good treatment.
Just wait a bit, maybe in some hours or a day or so it will all be fine. And if they come of with something you feel is false you can come back here and update.
