on the home page, you claim the game is provably fair, but where can i check how your provably fair system works? i checked all over the website (FAQ, profile, demo game, the how it works page...) and there is no info about it whatsoever. so... are you just lying or what? is it not possible to check before playing a game first?

Sorry about that — the badge went up a bit too early, before the mechanism was fully implemented, which caused the confusion. There was never any intent to lie about it. At that point, cards were generated using Math.random() — plain random, with no way to verify. That's now fixed and fully implemented. Here's how it works now: - Full details on the mechanism are now in the FAQ and Terms of Service.
- On the home page, even for logged-out users, you can click "Provably Fair" — it shows the 3 most recent games, which you can verify.
- Before each deal, a server seed hash is generated and shown to players before the round starts — proof that the outcome is locked in advance and can't be changed afterward.
- After the game ends, the actual seed is revealed.
- On the History page, there's a "Verify" icon — clicking it gives you full details for that specific game: the seed, the hash, and the ability to independently confirm the deck order matches what was claimed.
Thanks for pushing on this — it genuinely helped us close the gap faster.

🔥 Play Streak is live Small update — added a Play Streak feature. Play daily, hit a small games-played target, and earn real USDT just for staying active. The longer the streak, the bigger the reward. Starting Day 7 and every day after — a steady $1/day, just for playing. Miss a day and the streak resets. This rewards actual gameplay, not a one-time deposit — same philosophy as the rest of the reward system here.

💬 New: Global Lobby Chat Small update — added a global lobby chat for everyone on the platform. Now you can chat with other players, coordinate matches, or just hang out while waiting for a table — before you even join a game. Should make the whole thing feel more alive and social, not just play-and-leave.

dude, why is this necessary if no kyc? also, can i get some free chips to play? Thx Good questions. The age check isn't KYC — no documents required, no ID upload, nothing verified against your identity. It's a one-time self-declaration checkbox confirming you're 18+, required by gambling regulations regardless of whether the platform does KYC or not. That's the whole thing, then you're in. On free chips — Durak has a Free Demo Mode where you can play with no deposit at all. Poker doesn't have a demo mode — since most people already know how to play Poker, we figured that wasn't as necessary there.

Would like to ask you if you can elaborate this idea about why it is a required step for regulations while you are a mo kyc casino. What is the need for an activity license if the project is kyc free or at least claim to be? Won't they ask for users info at anytime in the future to confirm the user age? At some points, I find it strange that a no kyc casino can really exist and even get an activity license. Something looks contradicted in the concept in itself. Overall, someone require asking the age should certainly have the ability to ask for verifications.

Overall, someone require asking the age should certainly have the ability to ask for verifications. I think there is a bit of confusion between KYC, age verification and licensing here. “No KYC” doesn't mean “no age check” or “no compliance”. In our case, the age check is simply asking whether the user is 18+. We are not asking for their exact date of birth, passport, ID or any other identity documents. So there is a big difference between simply confirming “I am 18+” and actually verifying someone's identity. A gaming licence is also not simply a requirement to collect a passport from every player. It is about regulating the operator and the gambling activity itself: player protection, responsible gaming, AML, security, game integrity, payments, reporting, etc. Also, I wouldn't interpret “No KYC” as “the platform can never ask for any information under any circumstances”. Depending on the jurisdiction and the situation, additional verification can still be required. So I don't really see a contradiction between a platform being No KYC and having a simple 18+ confirmation. The important question is what kind of verification is actually required and when. Licensing ≠ KYC ≠ age verification. These are three different things.

🎮 Durak Crypto – Update 🎮
💎 Deposit & withdraw with @CryptoBot 💎 Your USDT is already in Telegram – now it can go straight to the table. Most of you keep USDT in @CryptoBot, not in a separate wallet. Until now that meant withdrawing it to an address, picking the right network and waiting. Not anymore. ⚙️ How it works• 💸 Wallet → Deposit → CryptoBot tab • 🔢 Enter the amount – you see the fee and exactly what you'll get before you pay • 📲 Tap Pay with @CryptoBot and confirm the invoice • ⚡ Your balance updates within seconds – no address, no network to choose, nothing to copy 💰 Fees – up front• Deposit: @CryptoBot charges 3% on invoices. It's added on top, so you get exactly what you entered (pay 10.31 → receive 10.00). We take nothing on deposits. • Withdrawal: 3% (min 0.50 USDT), minimum withdrawal 10 USDT. No address needed – it goes to the @CryptoBot wallet of your linked Telegram account. 📌 Good to know• USDT only • Available to accounts with Telegram linked – in the Mini App and in the browser • Deposits from 1 to 10,000 USDT per invoice • Withdrawals are checked by an admin before they're sent, same as on-chain ones – usually within 15 minutes • TON, BSC and BTC deposits work as before Try it and tell us how it went – we read every reply. 🙌 🌐 durakcrypto.com | 📱 Telegram Mini App | 📢 News Channel

Thank you for the detailing answer, as it clarifies many details for me but also for many others, especially those who might think that the casino is really NoKyc without exceptions. My note now is that you shouldn't present your casino as a NoKyc because it doesn't make any difference with other KYC casinos as most of them doesn't ask for identity verification unless under certain circumstances. I see this slogan recently rised by many new lunching casinos, that it looks like a method to attract users who do really care about their privacy. And while the KYC requirement conditions are clearly detailed in their TOS, they still promote their a casino as NoKyc in all their promotional ads. I think there is no problem to not misleading users by promoting the casino as NoKyc while there are conditions that KYC is required.

If you have the right to ask KYC anytime you want, that is also considered a KYC platform. It doesn't matter the circumstances; you have the right, which means it’s a KYC platform. If you ask the age simply without any documentation, then anyone could answer. To verify it, you need documentation from where you can verify the age. Haven’t you seen even non-KYC platforms also have allegations on the scam accusation board? We have seen a lot of users' accounts freeze even though they provide all the information. Hope we will not see something like this against your platform.

Maybe what they mean is conditional No KYC, because if they claim that there platform is full no KYC platform then they asked this then its misleading. This is why they need to clarify this matter, because many people got mislead in this situation and as result. They think the casino is shady for having misleading claims. But well at the end of the day, their platform still asked KYC and those are things what need to pay attention by their user. Also better check all the details, especially on their rules so they can avoid picking up wrong information's.

I think this is worth clarifying, and we’ve actually already removed the 18+ confirmation from the platform because we can see that some people were interpreting it differently. The 18+ checkbox was never intended to be a KYC or age verification procedure. It was simply a self-declaration and a general responsible-gaming notice. We did not ask users to upload any documents or provide any information to prove their age. To be clear, we do not collect or store identity documents or personal verification information from users, and we have no plans to introduce such a system. This is why we describe the platform as No KYC. Know Your Customer (KYC) normally refers to an identity verification process used by financial services, casinos and other platforms, where users may be required to provide documents or other personal information to verify their identity. The 18+ checkbox was therefore never meant to contradict the No KYC approach. It was simply a formal confirmation that the user understood the platform was intended for adults and that we are not responsible for losses or similar claims. For example, many websites simply ask users to confirm that they are 18+ without requiring them to submit an ID or other documentation. The confirmation itself does not make it a KYC procedure. To avoid any further confusion around this, we have removed the 18+ checkbox altogether. There is no identity or document verification on our platform. If you have any further questions about this, feel free to ask. We’ll do our best to answer them and clarify anything that may still be unclear.
