What are you interested in and how much time can you spend?

Trends take time to form, if you've got the time to look for it try to search for gdps and protocols filling that gap or build something that does.

Most people that stick around also don't catch the hype train on tokens at the top, it's possible to find things that get hyped and try to speculate them but ensure you sell while you're still in profit (is before it gets too much attention).

Support and resistance trading is also pretty strong as is just holding crypto/stocks.

Trading has a risk and it needs capital; there's no free method unless you can pass a prop firm, but still you will need to pay the evaluation fee to have access to big capital for trading. 

The simple way to make profit is to buy low and sell high, but if you are looking beyond trading, then this is not the right section.

Just continue to trade with small amount of money, you will learn from your mistakes and later become a good trader. But do not be greedy, the experience will come.

If you are greedy, you will lose more money than you expect.

Make use of some indicators, they are not 100% accurate, learn from it and know how to read them better.

I don't know of any reliable strategy to make immediate and short term profits. If you want to take risks, there are many methods, one of which is trading. Set a certain amount of funds for trading that you can afford to lose. Choose a reliable coin that has a high probability of increasing in value in the future.

As there is risk in short term trading, there is also a possibility of getting high profits. If you are ready to take the risk buy and wait for the price to increase. I think it is better to stay in long term Bitcoin investment and continue accumulation gradually than trying to make profits in a short time. After a certain period of time you will get huge returns.
