The trending saga in Nigerian politics today is about the existence of a Federal Government Agency called the Presidential Foreign Intervention Promotion Council [PFIPC], which the Chief of Staff is claimed to not exist, but before we go further in this discussion let me quickly give you a recap of what is happening and how we have gotten to this stage of the discussion about this recent scandal.

  • The Nigerian Chief of Staff, Femi Gbajabiamila claimed the office of the Presidential Foreign Intervention Promotion Council does not exist.
  • Going further to the Nigerian budget, it was discovered that this same agency is under the 2026 budget of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
  • This same Presidential Foreign Intervention Promotion Council have their office at the Federal Secretariat in Abuja, Nigeria.
  • The Fake DG of PFIPC claimed that he secured that office nomination by paying the sum of 400 million naira to the Chief of Staff of the Federation.

The man that spearheaded this agency is named, Adeniyi Adeyemi Matthew, who is the Director General of the acclaimed non-existing agency PFIPC, I hope you are laughing by reading this already because you should be asking how possible will an agency to exist and have a budget are location on the Federal Government budget without being recognized as an existing agency by the Nigerian government.

It is flying already on the internet that many are saying this man adeniyi adeyemi Matthew is an imposter and a scammer that try to infiltrate the government Agency that does not exist and use such privilege to operate non-existing agency under the Federal Government, while many are going contrary to this opinion because it is not possible for a government not to identify an agency that is being included under its budget.

Going further, it was discovered that this same Director-General of the PFIPC office received an allocation of 1.3 billion naira under the government budget; the public appears in many government agencies and events, while the Federal Government claimed the non-existence of this agency as claimed by the Chief of Staff.

Controversial opinions are going online about how possible it could be for an agency to exist over the years and still secure an office at the federal secretariat and yet the government is claiming they are non-existence, cold adeniyi adeyemi Matthew be a con artist? Some say yes while some say no, but there are more hidden truths from this whole scandal from within the government and those that are behind all these illegal agency establishments must be charged and face the law.

This scandal is really funny just as you have mentioned,  because I really don't understand how a non existing government agency will get budget allocation in the national budgets. The self acclaimed DG has now been arrested and he is been investigated. I really don't think the chief of staff has anything to do with it, just like verydarkman also thinks, because I think the money involve is too small for him, but I strongly believe that the DG  did not accomplish this thing by himself,  but rather I think their are people in this government that are part of it. I really hope that we get through truth in this matter, but my fear is that if they will really brings the government officials thar is involve to book.
