Live Support should have been accessible, we have real people handling all queries.
It does not work for me, click the live support button but nothing happened. Do people need to have an account in order to contact the live support? I tried it without login to an account, that's why I think that it is accessible while login only. If it is like this, how if in a case like players lose an access to the account but unable to contact live support?
I tried to click those buttons when not I didn't log in and also tried when I already log in my account in their casino, but result shows the same and their live support is not clickable. I also click their Contact us section and nothing shows.
This actually means that there's an issue with this area and they better fix it. Because people might get more angry to them if they cannot reach their support to possible solving their issues.
And also it will be more better if they follow your suggestion which is those support button is clickable even if the user didn't log in in their casino, since this is much helpful with those issue you mentioned and the other ones.
