I’m sorry for what happened to you this alone can really frustrate someone, especially when the transaction has already show successful from the trust wallet but the receiver exchange has not credited your account. One thing that’s very essential is that every local exchange that claim to be legit usually have a good service. Some of them has poor customer service, low liquidity or technical issues and this can make users lose confidence in them.

They are well known exchange that works very well with trust wallet. If you send  crypto to the right wallet address and correct network, deposit normally reflects without wasting time. The importance thing Is to always doublecheck the wallet I’m sure the both wallet uses the same Blockchain network such as BEP20 or TRC20. Many delayed or lost transactions mostly happens because someone mistakenly use the wrong network.

I download a local exchange app and connect my usdt wallet with Trust wallet and send usdt to this app over two weeks now I have not received it and trust wallets is clearly showing successful transactions, this exchange app hardly you contact them and when you do, if they reply you it will take another full week to get a text from them again.

Since it’s showing that transaction was successful on the trust wallet you used to send it, then it is likely that the problem is from the recipient exchange.

It’s not all exchanges that have good customer care services that’s why you should be mindful of the kind of exchange wallets you download and use. All exchanges carry risks but it is still better for you to use the one that is more recognized and widely used because they tend to be more reliable and have good customer support services.

What’s the name of the exchange you downloaded sef ?

But my question is, is there any good exchange wallets that's works perfectly with trust wallets or any one with user friendly?

Use Bybit, it’s more user friendly than most other exchanges i’ve seen and they got good customer care support too. And plus, that’s what i use myself whenever i’m trying to buy or sell some Sats.

Well I haven't heard of exchange wallet that you can import trust wallet from , rather you can import trust wallet on a multisig Wallet like bluewallet and send to any exchange that supports NGN p2p. From there you can exchange your coin. Like me if I recieved BTC on my trust wallet, I use bluewallet andove it bitget or bybit anyone can go and from there you sell your Bitcoin to USDT and sell on p2p for cash. If you have made any transaction and it has lasted upto two Weeks then just know that you have lost that coin or you have  sent it to a wrong wallet. Maybe you can recheck the transaction if the address is thesame.
