This is so true and I saw someone in that situation today. He was playing aviator and spent hours on the game. That's the problem right there, must he win on that day? Well, this is definitely right but this advice should not be directed to the op, it should be generalised since I personally don't think op is a gambling addict or has that level of commitment to gambling and betting to the extent of staying hooked on his betting app, forgetting other things that are more important.

But again on the other hand, I believe every real gambler often get to that or such point where they tend to lose control of things, especially when they are in a type of mood I really don't know how to describe.

Good point. I didn't even consider that. You are right, there's the feeling that you might miss out on what is about to become a big multiplier, and that's why you will stay. A gambler will probably think that he is brave because he wants to finish the parlay, but the truth is that he is just feeling FOMO.

I have experienced what you say about staring for ours to fluctuating numbers when I engaged in trading several years ago, and although I found it exciting, it was also mentally exhausting and it usually led to make bad decisions. With betting I think that something similar could happen if you focus on following odds all day.

In the end, there will be always new matches to bet on, so there is no need to hurry, at least if you don't enjoy it or it leads to bad decision making.

FOMO is not totally bad in trading or investing. Fear of losing out could make you buy an asset that could turn out positive later. The same thing could also happen in gambling. The fear of losing the total win might make a gambler not to cashout and it could become a big win. I know gamblers who will never cash out regardless of the situation. I am not a high-risk gambler, so I regularly use my cashout options.

Well, FOMO is a real thing, and a real trap... And casinos know that, so we see countdown timers, boosted bets, notifications, different offers, and all that, so we feel like we are missing something if we don't act now! We can't get all... we miss/pass many things.. It's life. Someone who isn't ready to lose their money the one who keep staring at their bet and the fluctuation of the odds. Doing so will only drain their mental health and could potentially lead to gambling addiction, the auto cashout feature may be useful for minimizing risk but gambling itself is already risky. Instead of constantly watching our bets it's better to lower the amount we place to reduce the emotional impact of losing.
