I've had this topic in mind for some time now and I was really motivated this morning to express my thoughts as regards the topic ' in all you do try to be alive'
So some months ago I lost a friend of mine who just finished his youth service and after family and friends grieved for like one month everyone started getting used to his absence and eventually moved on, and this has get me thinking like wow this was someone that has put in so much effort in ensuring he is able to meet up with life generally.

So this is a general advise for all, as we engage in different hustle, as we do our possible best to make sure we invest in Bitcoin or businesses, ensure that you take time to rest, engage in things that give you peace,eat healthy foods, drink enough water , go for regular medical checkups, avoid investment, that will cost you everything if you don't have plan B, stay away from quarels, fighting or any criminal act that may result in court case which will inturn drain your pocket.

wether you support your friends or not, when the call of death comes, you will answer it and regardless of your good deeds, people will grieve and still move on. as a matter of fact, it would be considered foolishness if anyone pauses his life just because of your demise. you can do your best to leave an healthy life while you still live but that in itself does not even guarantee longevity of life.

Death is one thing we all share in common regardless who you are. just make peace with the fact that once it is your turn, you cant resist it.

Regular medical checkup is the way to go, If the cars and different machine that we all make use of everyday breaks down, how much more do you think the body of a human being will be, it breaks down too.  so to avoid such breakdown you need to do medical check-up on a regular basis. I see a lot of young people die this days due to one health issue or the other, it tells us that something is fundamental wrong some how. In as much as we go out everyday to look for money, we should also prioritize our health, health they say is wealth.

Well, you have spoken educatively and we shouldn't forget our friends and families when we have made money, checking up on oneself is very important so we have know if we are okay or not. One thing in life is that once anyone dies the people around you, family and friends will quickly move up with in the space of some days so it's very important you put oneself first because if you die you are totally forgotten in seconds and that's the honest truth. My brother wether you support person or not if you die them go forget you in just a few days, even if you like give everything you like to your family or friend wey de close to you them go forget you if you kpai to day, the only time wey them go remember you be say na when they remember waiting them do together with you, na so life be because everybody go go and if anybody time reach e don do be that so i no expect much from anybody, but what you say about hustle and no matter what you do make sure you stay alive na better talk, man need to hustle and have a good life if not if you depend on person you will end up regretting your life at the end, but one thing we should also remember is that no matter how hustling you do you no fit escape death.

Op this is my same advice for young people following politicians up and down,  never to die in their fights,  allow politicians to fight themselves,  because tomorrow they will settle and you might not live to see it. In all you do just becareful and stay healthy for yourself.

Take sometimes to rest and have fun, this live is just once, and you have to enjoy every moment,  exercise and live in peace with all men. Don't take anything too serious,  life is sweet when you don't take too much burden on yourself.

We must always live for ourselves always, no matter the pressure from family and friends, because just like you said, once you die, you can be easily forgotten after burial. While trying to help others, either family or peers, we must also fight to be alive, now and always.

It's just mad how people can forget about you once you have be buried. The crying seems much immediately you died, and also on the burial day, and after that, they might grieve over you for sometimes, and slowly, they move on, and of course, they should move on, because everyone will and must die someday. It becomes a heartbreaking news or occurrence to some people when after struggling to keep things right and help or support there families or friends, and when they are faced with challenges, they fail to get the help they need or deserve. So, everyone don't get the help they wanted from loved ones when they need it despite there previous help, what shows that they will keep mourning you once you die or have been buried?

We must always strive to take card of ourselves even as we try to help others. We must always our priority and also try to extend a hand of help when we can.
