I have based my last two post on the cashout feature for most platforms and this should be the last I speak about unless something better comes up. Still, as cashout remains a great feature on our gambling platform, I have come to the conclusion that to be a more successful gambler, constantly cashing out is usually a losing strategy in the long run, if we get to look at it from a mathematical point of view. Every time the gambling platform you use offers you a cash-out value, they build an extra fee/margin (often about 5% to 15%) into that offer. If the true mathematical probability of your bet winning at a specific moment in the game dictates you should get a $20 cashout, the sportsbook will actually offer you $17 or $18. They are charging you a premium to eliminate your risk.
So, if you spend all day logged in, monitoring games, and panic-cashing out every time your team faces a minor setback, you are essentially paying a massive 'tax' to the gambling platform over time. It is because of this mathematical probability that the more successful and professional and highly profitable bettors almost never cash out manually unless a critical, unexpected piece of news hits the headline in time (like a star player getting injured at the middle of the game). They prefer to let the bet run to avoid paying the bookmaker's cash-out margin and that's why it makes more sense to avoid the cashout but opt for the final results regardless of how much you have lost so far and how badly you want to recover that loss.
What do you think, is using the cashout feature a losing strategy afterall?

Cashout can be very good, but know when to use it. I bet on 1 match most of the time, using cash out for it is not good because the betting sites will do it in a way it will only favour them. So I do not just use cash out at all.
If you bet on many matches and you have won like almost all the matches and the payout is very huge if you want to cash out, some people just do not mind what the 1 or 2 remaining matches will be, they can cash out. This is when cash out is very good.

First of all, cashing out should not really be considered a strategy because if you keep doing it without a good reason, you are just throwing money away. When betting on sports, you should look at the stats and other information, analyze the game carefully, and aim to win. You have to be confident with your pick, and whatever happens during the game, you should not easily get tempted to cash out. For regular bets, I usually do not use the cash-out option. But for parlays, it can be different. For example, if my bet is only $1 to win $500 and I am offered a $200 cash-out, then I would consider taking it. Even if the parlay still looks likely to win, we never really know what can happen. In that situation, taking the guaranteed $200 is already a good decision.

I Don't want to Believe on this, cashing out is an opportunity that prevent you from losing completely at the expense of having a reduced winning amount, what should be calculated now on this regard is the probability of you not cashing out 10 games and the chances of losing this 10 games if you don't catch them out before the match end. Then compared to the rate you will be having your winnings on a smaller amount if you eventually apply the cashing out function, this will make it more possible that you have more winning bet than losing when you make use of this strategy even though the rate of what you might be winning would have been reduced.

Is that a strategy? I think it's just a habit of gamblers who aren't confident in the results of their analysis on each bet. Cashing out definitely benefits the bookies, and the victims are the panicked bettors or gamblers who make big bets but aren't willing to take the risk of losing everything.

This is what some people do not know, cashout will only favour the bookies. It is good for all gamblers to know that all features available on the gambling sites are only for the bookies to make money from the gamblers. As cash out will be used, the gambler will later be happy this time and later be sad the next time. Just small amount of money for gambling will not make a gambler think of cashout.

Exactly,I always tell people what is the essence of placing bet and start monitoring cash out ,I know in gambling nothing is guarantee,so the word confidence isn't enough also to use, I know how one feels after cashing out only to realize the game won, the lose is always much,I have made up my mind no matter the risk involved I'm not cashing out any game, cash out is not a strategy,it's just a way to make people feel alright instead of waiting for a final results.

You are given an option to choose whether you want to continue to cashout half of the potential win, and you can decide which one you want to go but I don't understand how cashout option is a losing strategy unless we assume all the bet we cashed out ended up winning at the end, in reality it is different. We can face wins as well as loss and this cashout option is just a way to prevent in the middle of it when we change our mind.

What do you think, is using the cashout feature a losing strategy afterall?
I've been dabbling in sports betting more recently, and personally, I think it is a great feature that every sportsbettor should know how and when to use. I mean, having that feature will give you an option to save your bet from an uncertain or what looks like a losing outcome. While the payout you'll get is lower if you keep the bet and don't cash out, it would still be better than losing.

What do you think, is using the cashout feature a losing strategy afterall?
I don't know why you think of it as a strategy. Cash out is just a feature, an option provided by the casinos, so gamblers who feels they're satisfied or there's a need to close down their bets would be able to do so. It's something anyone can choose to do or not. To me it's actually a nice feature because we know how risky gambling is. Probability changes as these games are unpredictable. The odds of an event happening as predicted can change few minutes to the end of that event and what happens when it does and you lose? You blame the casino for not allowing you to cash out on time or better blame yourself for now taking what you had and left. I'll prefer the later because we made the personal choice to stay and as a gambler we should learn to accept our mistakes and not blame it on others..

Regarding withdrawal fees, it's true that little by little they can add up, but I personally would rather pay 5% than have to give up everything due to losses due to not immediately withdrawing my winnings when the team I bet on suffers a setback. Prevention is always better than cure. For me, withdrawal fees are not a problem as long as I can enjoy the results of the profits, even if the amount is not too large. But I'm sure everyone has a different perspective on this.

Most gamblers who cash out tends to still have something to hold on to than losing everything at the long run. Even though the expected value to be won is being cut short, it’s far more better than losing everything at the long run leaving the gambler with no other option of trying again. Sometimes cashing out minimizes a potential loss too and so it’s not always a losing strategy. There are many reasons to cash out especially when you noticed the odd isn’t favorable on the long run, the best player in your team can get injured or being reduced with few men down thereby allowing opponents to grow more into the game which could be detrimental for your team’s chances of winning especially in sports betting.

there are many options to keep your "cash out" option profitable. Some platforms allows bots and system to make this kind of bets. What we see as "cashout" is just one the last options on the market. For example you can just "create" your own bet by choosing specific event to "cash out". You can choose also what amount to cash out. It can be see also as "Insurance" you have 0 risk in case of lose or profit in case of win. The best approach would be based on your betting style and what is your expectation. Personally I would adopt a stepwise process. Likewise, if I am focusing on "profit" and mantain a profitable wallet, any event that reach a very low odd (likewise close to 1.01-1.05) should be just taken if there is still "time" to lose.

I don't know how long that someone will prefer to allow their bet run in the face of losing especially in a losing streak condition. I understand that you would say professional gamblers but are there professional gamblers that are always in a winning streak? The point is if we keep looking at the mathematical deductions on cash out value then we won't use the cash out system. But we need to make a total evaluation of the purpose of cash out and how it has really supported hitherto losing gamblers to winning. I use cash out when I need to and I think that is what needs to be done - when necessary. However, like in your views, I know gamblers too who don't use it but when they are in losing streak, they eat their vomit

How possible is the cashing out strategy turned a losing one, I must disagree with this one by every means because when you cash out you try to minimize the risk of losing, which does not directly or indirectly increase your chances of losing the more, instead it can be said that we are only being more careful not to allow greed take over our winning opportunity by cashing out earlier before the end of the game.

Some people would not see cash out option as a waste of time because they might feel rather than loosing out when they can not afford to, let them just end it there and go their way. While some would prefer to play till the end of the game. When analysing this scenario, we should also look into the betting techniques implored by these players or bettors because a bettor who bet on single game with a small amount would not mind waiting till the game is over while a bettor with multiple bet with some winning and some not too sure about their outcome would prefer to cash out rather than lossing everything because the amount involved and cash out is okay to go with so they just cash out and allow the remaining games to do their things without them being bothered with the outcome.

What do you think, is using the cashout feature a losing strategy afterall? I don't know about the mathematical calculations and the tax a sportsbook charges on a cashout, but all I know is that the cashout feature is obviously not given so that you can have an advantage, but it's just a way for sportsbook to make the bettors take whatever money they can get in the middle of a game and quit. If the side you have made your bet on is losing, you will not get a cashout offer that would let you walk away with a lower loss because that's not what the feature is for, but if your side is winning, it gives you an estimated profit margin which you can either take or you decide to let the game finish so that you can have the total amount of what you are to get based on odds provided. Of course, those who know that their bets have a high probability of getting them a win will never cashout even if they are tempted by the offer given by the sportsbook because there is obviously always a risk of losing a bet no matter what, which means that if you have a bet worth $20 with 2x odds, and your side is winning but there are still 15 minutes left, the sportsbook might offer you $25 or $28 so that you take it and leave instead of getting the $40 that you can possibly get. So the cashout feature basically plays with your emotions.

Cash out is always better when you as the gambler have looked towards the bet you placed, let say you had a total of 10 game selected and it's currently running maybe, it may likely run for like 3-5 days and when the game had already played between 1-7 and you are sure of the bet, but the possibility of winning the could be low and you where given a Cash of based on the amount you used in staking the bet. Let say you used around 10$ to place the bet or 50$ and when the game had run till 8th game and a cash out of 60% is being given to you, when you do you calculation mathematically and you noticed that if you substrate your initials amount (that is the amount used to wager) from the cash out given to you and you are being left with at least above 20% percent then that is your profit and all taxation has been deducted from the bet and your initial amount used to bet has been recovered then there is nothing with cashing out. But if your initial isn't recovered then cashing out could be wrong option.

If we talk to the basic beginning of his gambling as we can find that is for fun, why should one cash out? he wanted to stop at that point simply because he did not want to lose from the bets he had made before, which is clear that people like this are mostly looking for financial benefits from gambling (most of them).
Or maybe someone goes all in on one bet and he doesn't want to lose it, it's even in the same case he took a decision that was wrong in his gambling from the beginning and was too careless, I think such people should think about the reasons why they gamble.

What do you think, is using the cashout feature a losing strategy afterall?
Or simply means that this would really be that situational on which there are instances that it would really be just that depending or according into your risks taking and also into the intuition and instincts that kicked in specially on parlays on which seeing that early cash out with having that very minimal bet amount then you would definitely be thinking to cash out and secure those profits or winnings rather than on losing ahead. For single then this would be also situational because if it turned out that early cash out makes that good winning percentage on you rather than on completely finish up the game then you would definitely follow it but if not then youwouldnt really be wanting to make those early cash out but actually it would really be just that depending into your preference in the end of the day.
