Gambling is something that everyone can succeed in and is very easy to access, which is why many people are becoming addicted to gambling. Instead of using gambling for fun, most people are now using it as a source of income or to easily change their financial situation. That is why there are always stories of people becoming destitute just by playing gambling.

Gambling is not really for everyone, who can control themselves or who has huge amount of money gambling is for there. Gambling is for those who enjoy gambling and spend their free time happily. I find his demand for refunds childish. Was there any agreement that the money would be returned in case of loss? People have interests in different forms of entertainments which gambling is just one of them. I think those who can take risks or enjoy sports are usually attracted to gambling. I see people who enjoy playing video games, but I don't engage in it. This is why some people don't find gambling entertaining, so they avoid it. Nope, it's not for the faint of heart, those who can't control themselves, or those with poor health. I've seen some of my friends losing their grip on reality because they have the wrong mindset and belief about gambling.

Whenever I see my friend betting, I check if they do not have health concerns because it's risky for those with weak hearts because of too much excitement.
Another type of people who should not be gambling are those who cannot afford to gamble, those who are too poor; yes, it's their right to gamble, but not in a situation where they will have to take a loan to gamble.

Sometimes I see people who believe that gambling can be learned and that there is sure odds also that don't requires effort and knowledge of the one staking on them, that a long as they gat the games selected and total odds handed to them, they can win straight away, but all this is not true and gambling should be avoided if you lack the skills and knowledge about gambling risks like addiction, emotional imbalance etc.

Given the unique nature of each individual in a social setting, gambling isn't necessarily for everyone. I had a similar experience, a friend of mine, who wasn't tech-savvy, wanted to place a bet on a football match. In the end, the match finished & he lost. However, he refused to accept the loss, perhaps because that was the only money he had left. He demanded the money back from a friend of mine who had placed the bet for him, it was absolutely crazy.

The first group of those people are those who don't have enough money that they can afford to lose, and the other is those who are not in the right state of emotion to bear the losses that come with gambling.

In reality, not everyone can absorb the shock of losses. Only those who have good luck, emotional control, and a strong understanding of management can survive.

Gambling is not for everyone but everybody think they can become experts in gambling as they consider it to be very easy. I will not support anybody to become a professional gambler because it is very difficult for them to make a living out of gambling. I brought this topic because of my experience previously. I have a friend who gambled for years, endured losses, and eventually won big. But their is another friend who doesn't gamble, when he was broke he have someone money to stake game for him, the person staked the first time but lost, he gave another money again, the person also staked, and lost for the second time. This time, he became very angry with the gambler he have money even trying to demand for refund.

Gambling is definitely not for everyone. It takes a certain kind of mindset to handle the ups and downs. Some people can lose and move on, while others take it personally and get frustrated. The difference between your two friends is clear, one understood the game, the other didn't. If you can't handle losing, gambling will just bring you stress and regret. Gambling is for anyone who has money to gamble with. The problem is that it's not all of gamblers can afford to lose it. Some gamblers are also having weak mentality that will lead them to the addiction. However, it's their own consequence.
In fact, people can choose to gamble or not. So it's totally depending on themselves.

It's like everything in life, people are different from each other and what works well for some doesn't work so much for others, or it just works badly. Gambling is not for everyone simply because if you aren't enjoying the game you really shouldn't be playing as that is mostly the whole point.   As soon as I hear people say I only play for profit or the grand idea its an easy money maker I immediately fear they find out the game costs to play and you arent guaranteed any win even if you keep trying.    Enjoy the game, win or lose and play within your spare money budget, small enough it doesnt hurt when you arent a winner; you are the lucky person who can take a hit and be just fine.
