The problem that you ran into is multi-accounting to circumvent limits. It’s fine for sportsbooks to pay in full and limit your action. Bypassing that limit with another account isn’t allowed. Earnbet can return your deposit but that’s their call.

This argument is not helping you at all and in fact making your position even worse. First you claimed to not have multiple accounts and now you admit it. You knew exactly what you were doing and how the terms explicitly prohibit it. There's no other reason to go creating new accounts when you are bet limited unless you're trying to circumvent that restriction. That is not accidental abuse, that is completely intentional and occurred multiple times. We have no way, nor should it even be shared, of knowing how much profit you withdrew on other accounts and whether you are still in the positive even after losing your original deposit this time around - in fact it's entirely irrelevant. Talking about casino games, bonus or promotion abuse, match fixing, cheating, is all a distraction to what you were actually doing. No logical person is going to support you here.

It takes a very rational and logical brain to profit from what you were doing, so you would know the risk you are taking. Ok uhhh... wow, that escalated rather quickly. You admit their counter-accusation yourself, no wonder you just ask for your depo.. That cut the slack from my plate significantly. I'll use above post as supporting evidence, a self-admission, to mark the case as resolved on CH.

About your request for depo, it's within their full right to confiscate, especially as this is not the first time "breach", you created all of those accounts. Not only that, circumventing betting limitation is also a violation. So, I think this case is as good as resolved.

That's basically all there is to know. You were limited and created new accounts because of that. That's called "limit circumvention" and is not allowed on any site. Clear violation of the rules, so there is basically nothing else to say. Doesn't matter if you didn't get any bonuses or what not.
