Can you please be calm? Please don't use bad language for forum users here; we are not responsible persons for the casino, and also we aren't responsible for your mistakes. Since the problem happened, you have to handle it with patience. You have created scam accusation that is incomplete. Please use the correct format from the pinned post; we will try to support you if you are right.
Let's see if we can get a reply from the shuffle. Otherwise, you can raise concern with the gambling mediators like AskGambler and Casino Guru. They are a responsible platform to handle allegations against gambling platforms. This forum isn't to solve your issues; you can create accusations here to draw attention from the gambling platform and warn other users.
You are absolutely right. I am just angry with the lack of communication from shuffle. I think it's irresponsible and disrespectful and I appreciate you pointing that out. I let my frustration with the lack of communication get the better of me, and I apologize for the language.
My goal is to understand why my account was suspended after I complied with every request Shuffle made.
Here's what has happened so far:
I lost access because of a 2FA issue.
Shuffle requested that I complete KYC again.
I submitted every document they requested.
After my final submission, communication stopped.
My account was then suspended while I had approximately $44,000 in pending redemptions.
I have emails, support chats, screenshots, and a complete timeline that I'm organizing and will post in this thread. I'm happy to follow the recommended scam report format so everything is presented clearly and can be evaluated on its merits.
At this point, I'm simply asking Shuffle to explain why my account was suspended after completing KYC and why communication has effectively ceased. If there's information I'm missing, I'd welcome a response from them.
