A well-known tool among bounty managers is bulksender.app, they support all three networks.

Be careful of using any multisender or bulk sender because it's not 100% safe and it's vulnerable to any future exploit, even if they are safe or not.

If you still insist on using them, there are some threads here that share the majority of the multi or bulk sender, see the link below.

It is not possible to send to multiple addresses in one transaction if the network doesn't allow this by default like in bitcoin network. However there are tools that allow to send to multiple by inserting all the output addresses with specific amount to send for each one, and the tool will broadcast a transaction to each output. Here some suggestions that are audited as trusted by trusted companies:
- Multisender dApp: A battle-tested platform operating since 2018.
- Smithii: It is fully audited by security firms like Halborn.
- Token Tool: Developed by Bitbond.

Despite being audited or developped by trusted companies, always consider to not fully trust them because even they trusted now, they are remain exposed to unexpected vulnerabilities at anytime.
