A well-known tool among bounty managers is bulksender.app, they support all three networks.

Be careful of using any multisender or bulk sender because it's not 100% safe and it's vulnerable to any future exploit, even if they are safe or not.

If you still insist on using them, there are some threads here that share the majority of the multi or bulk sender, see the link below.

It is not possible to send to multiple addresses in one transaction if the network doesn't allow this by default like in bitcoin network. However there are tools that allow to send to multiple by inserting all the output addresses with specific amount to send for each one, and the tool will broadcast a transaction to each output. Here some suggestions that are audited as trusted by trusted companies:
- Multisender dApp: A battle-tested platform operating since 2018.
- Smithii: It is fully audited by security firms like Halborn.
- Token Tool: Developed by Bitbond.

Despite being audited or developped by trusted companies, always consider to not fully trust them because even they trusted now, they are remain exposed to unexpected vulnerabilities at anytime.

All web service are not safe, what make them safe is user carefulness. If you really forced to use bulksender, don't forget to revoke access after finished using it. Many address that get attacked is not because of current mistake, but a lot of them also because they didn't revoke access for service that they use in the past. So when today there is a case in the service that they used a long time ago, their address also become the victim of crime. so, revoke access is very important.

Someone has already given you links to some multi-sender sites, so I am not giving you the same thing again. One of the reasons I am posting this is that many people are sending funds to the wrong address while using these multi-center apps. Again, many scammers have created duplicate sites that look exactly the same, where your entire fund can be hacked just by connecting your wallet. So, be sure to use these multi-center apps with caution and use official links. If you do not have experience, first gain experience by sending small amounts to multiple addresses.

Looks like some tools offer this option by default. They're not putting them on their tutorial though, so some newbies might think they don't have to do anything else after they're done with sending txs. It would be even better if they include it in the tutorial, though putting them on the header should give enough visibility too. The question is whether the user knows how to verify the process or not.

I hope there are wallet considering to implement bulk sending built-in natively into their wallet on their roadmap. It's not like the bulk sending contract code is ever evolving. The code is pretty much static and any wallet could easily implement it without a problem.
One less security concern for their users who want to bulk send and bulk sending also frequently needed. They could even charge fee from it and people won't have any complaint.

You don’t need to use a third party smart contract anymore. If you are using Metamask, you can follow this guide to convert your account into a smart account.
https://support.metamask.io/configure/accounts/switch-to-or-revert-from-a-smart-account/

This isn’t supported on hardware wallets for now. If you are using Metamask as a hot wallet, you should be able to batch multiple operations into a single transaction after this. If you use a different wallet you can check on the Swiss Knife website if they are supporting EIP-7702 on the networks you want to use.
