Hi,

Apologies if this is not the appropriate place to post such a request but struggling to find the appropriate contact point. In late October/November 2025 I posted a thread with a fairly serious (7 figure) accusation against a crypto casino which seems to have been removed at some point over the past few months. I suspect it was removed due to threats they may have made against this site and I respect bitcointalk's need to protect itself however the contents of said thread will need to be provided as supporting evidence in ongoing litigation. Could a moderator/administrator please private message me or someone point me in the right direction with information as to how we may formally request a copy/dump of the thread to be provided privately as the original poster of the thread.

Thanks in advance and apologies again if this is not the appropriate subforum.

The forum doesn't moderate scams, and on the other hand, forum moderators don't care about casino threats or reputation to avoid moderation abuse. So your thread was probably deleted for some other reasons that could be answered by the forum moderator only. To be honest I am also not getting why that allegation thread has been deleted. But I suspect your links look like suspicious links; if someone reports such links and a moderator believes they're possible threats for the forum users, then they delete the thread.

However, you may still get your evidence from the below link.

Could you please clarify the reason behind the thread deletion?

The OP used mega nz to upload the evidence file, especially since it was so large, which has long been an untrustworthy place for downloading anything by the community (ads often involve malvertising). I've seen the reactions of members when someone brought up that link in several threads. I suspect that's why the mods deleted the thread or someone reported it.

Unfortunately, I don't know why this thread was deleted, and I doubt any of the moderators will remember either.

Nevertheless, the topic has been restored.

@lotsofslots

No, I'd suggest that the OP not close this topic.

There are serious allegations discussed here:
Moderator bribed to delete scam accusations against Winna

Keeping this topic open may help others who are looking for answers. Closing it could bury the discussion among the many irrelevant Meta topics that appear every day.

The OP asked a specific question and received a specific answer. That's it, the subject is closed. And there's a separate topic for "discussing serious allegations," with a link provided just above. And you mentioned this link yourself.
