Why did he believe that Argentina is going to win Spain, anyone who followed this world cup will not risk that amount of money to bet on Argentina to win Spain because is very risky since Spain is more inform. Drake is known for betting with huge amount of money so losing this morning I believe is nothing to him because his very rich.
Maybe his a Messi fan and that was why he believed that Argentina is going to win Spain, I saw the news about this bet he played some days ago on Facebook. I know he has moved on already.
Probably he’s a Messi fan or he was completely rooting for Argentina to win Spain. It’s a bet and you don’t expect him to see ahead of the future because your statement about him believing in Argentina sounds too serious. In the gambling industry,I’ve noticed it that high rollers heal faster than low roller,if a low roller should stake that huge amount of money and the game didn’t favor them, they might likely die of hypertension but to Drake that amount of money wouldn’t affect he’s mental nor financial health because he’s damn rich. That loss wouldn’t stop him from betting and Drake curse thing circulating on the internet is some superstitious shit.

Winning or losing in a football game depends entirely on the performance of the players, nothing else works, and it can completely help in winning the match. I think this thinking is completely wrong, winning or losing a match never depends entirely on the words of people, the performance of the players is very important to win a match, depending on this, winning the game is possible, otherwise it is never possible.

Quick, somebody ask Drake which team LeBron will definitely not be playing for next year. Smiley

I do wonder if Drake and Jim Cramer are some sort of shills that get people into bad bets and investments on behalf of the powers that be.  Seemingly more improbably from a gambling perspective, but the sheer percentage of their bad calls is a statistical anomaly to the point where the conspiracy theory isn't totally and completely crazy.

Anyone who watched Spain against France in the World Cup, and have a good understanding about football you’ll immediately know that Argentina is going to struggle against Spain, Spain was the better team in the Tournament, and they went under the radar, nobody noticed them until the Semi Final against France, they were more like an Underdog.

I also feel bad for Drake and I also feel bad for myself for also believing on Argentina to Win.
Yes, Spain was the top team in this World Cup a few of us knew that and that's why in my one post I said it might be tough for Argentina to win the final against Spain. In the end Argentina lost the World Cup and Spain won it, to be honest Argentina struggled with team Egypt, it was the strangest win I've ever seen. I also feel bad for that guy Drake, and for you to because from your words it's clear that you also placed your bet in favor of Argentina.

I thought we were going to talk about the @3.45 bet, but OP focused on the esoteric and nonsense associated with bad luck, etc. Bad luck would have been if Spain had lost. Argentina didn't play well, that's all, and that was partly due to Spain's good performance.

In any case, the interesting thing here is the @3.45 bet. Those are the bets you can't miss. It was a good value bet for a team like Argentina, and it had to be taken advantage of, since whether it happens or not is another matter. On the other hand, he'll recoup $1,500,000 with a good weekend of his songs on Spotify.

This rapper and stake ambassador, who has been known to be making bets with large sums and bets that always end up playing opposite of what he staked, still made another bet with $1.5M on Argentina to win this just-concluded final, and just as expected, the game ended against Argentina, and Spain won them by 1 goal.

What made me bring this here is someone said on meta that  the moment Drake's bet slip started trending online he lost hope for Argentina he cashed out his already staked game, that even if there were chances for them to win, that curse following Drake around wouldn't let them win. Lol.

Has Lionel Messi been ‘cursed’ by $1.5m bet? Drake reveals World Cup final wager ahead of Argentina vs Spain - with support from rap superstar not always appreciated before you know it some narrative by Argentina 🇦🇷 fans might start flying and pointing fingers to Drake as reason to why they lost to Spain 🇪🇸.

Why does Drake still bet lmao. He is like the Jim Cramer of gambling lmao. Whatever he does the opposing team or other end of the gamble ends up hitting lmao. He has some good jams though, he thinks he is tough though but honestly dudes got a lot of heart. Trying to be all hard core but the man just wants to give ya a hug fr dog lmfao

It seems to me that this match was somehow decided before it even started. Although I wanted Spain to win this championship, Argentina played too differently from their previous games, and everything seemed implausible. And indeed, the fact that Spain's goalkeeper could sleep in goal is very suspicious. Regarding the large bets of rich people like Drake, it could be either a coincidence or a special promotion. Whatever the case, he didn't put his last underwear on the line.

Oh well that's a bold statement. Why do you think that the match was already decided before even it started? What's there to gain for Argentina team in it?
I don't think it was already decided but I think it just wasn't their day. It's just part of the game and Spain indeed played really well and so they deserve the win.
