The Nigerian government has once again made an effort to regulate virtual assets through the creation of a comprehensive regulatory framework. Even though the government maintains that such regulation is aimed at protecting investors and reducing fraudulent activities, users fear that the strict compliance measures may decrease privacy and consequently discourage cryptocurrency adoptions.

In your opinion, do you think that regulation like this will aid in increasing Bitcoin adoption, or discourage users from doing so?
