I'm going through your policy, and I'm very concerned about the tie 3 kc requirement. Any deposit which exceeds $5k will require the user to submit source of funds document before they can be verified. Is $5k not too small for that? And what type of document qualifies for a source of funds if I use crypto to fund, and I earn everything online through legitimate means, airdrop, signature campaign, raffle context and betting? How can I prove that source of funds for such?

Is this $5k limit applied to single deposit or applied to accummulation? It is still a reasonable amount if it is applied for a single deposit although it is still too low to be used as a reason to ask higher KYC level (source of funds). It will be something more unacceptable if it is applied to accummulate amount. The next point, yest there are many gamblers especially from this community who fund their gambling activity with what they earn from online source as what you have mentioned. In this case, it will be hard to prove source of funds as there is nothing that can be said as legal document to prove it.

I believe it's accumulative, for them to say all deposits and withdrawals, which means they can count all the users' deposits once it reaches the limit, they will ask for further verification. I might not be entirely right. We will need the Open to come and clarify this yourself.

I noticed that too, they only mentioned that you are not allowed to use the platform if you are from a country that prohibits gambling and "if you are listed on regulatory restriction lists". They should just list what countries are restricted under an Anjouan gambling license.

They intentionally block the ability to copy/share from chat, so that the victim must click on a phishing link hidden under the link we see.

It didn't work for me because they messed up the links.

They disappeared and deleted the chat in the moment they found out it is messed up.

I have the same observation about their social presence and activity among different communities. In trustpilot there are 24 reviews which one of them complaint about a delayed withdrawal for three months. And the social media accounts are inactive without the minimum updates. In addition to this thread which OP posted it yesterday then diseappearing like ignoring all the feedback from the community. I think this emmidiately rise the question about the purpose from creating those social media accounts for kingsgame casino.

It's easy to be safe. Be cautious and stay away from users who DM you first, especially if messages are about money, chance to get money, opportunity to get rich. There is no free lunch and if people DM you first with money-related and too good to be true offers, there is no single doubt that they're scammers.

It's a little bit pity policy from Telegram. In the past, it was possible to customize account settings,  Privacy & Security, Messages: to change from Everybody (default) to My contacts (now it is My contacts and Premium users). This option is no longer allowed to customize for normal users.

Now, "Only subscribers of Telegram Premium can select this option".

With this policy change from Telegram, if people don't have a Premium accounts, they will have to self protect against scammers in DMs.

this is just stupid. they don't even have the US and UK in that small list, or any of the countries where gambling is illegal, which are universally restricted on almost all crypto casinos.

Checked their terms and seems that they do not have specific restriction as I cant find a list of restricted countries but they have this below terms:

You may not use Kings Game if you are located in or connected to a jurisdiction that prohibits online gaming or if you are listed on regulatory restriction lists. Kings Game may implement geo-blocking or additional verification steps when necessary.

With this term, I can consider myself as a gambler who are not welcomed to this new casino because I come from a country where gambling is prohibited.
I would like to recommend my fellow country gamblers to skip this casino because it can be an issue later although I myself able to access this casino.
If you are not from a country where gambling is prohibited then it should not be an issue for you.

Just a side question, are you in any group or channel related to the casino which the scammer might also be on? That could have given them that idea of users to target and the body of the msg, and if you actually belong to the casino Telegram group, then many people in there are in danger; if the link were working, some could have clicked on it without even given it a second thought.

At this point, I would just avoid the casino at the moment until they have a clear list of which countries are prohibited by their license provider/regulator. Also, the OP should really answer some of the questions that have been raised here, they were online today but didn't reply to anything.

How long exactly do you mean by Fast Payout? Instant auto-withdrawal or manual approval? Many casinos write fast payout, but when we go to withdraw, they make us wait 3/4 days in the mane of manual approval. If it is Instant auto-withdrawal in your case, I will definitely check the site.

Real problem isn't the Kings.Game Official name, because the display name can be easily copied on Telegram. What needs to be verified is the username, verified badge. Scammers often copy the display name and logo, then hide the phishing URL behind hyperlink or contact via DM first. This is a very common tactic in Telegram-based crypto/casino scams.

That's right, that's exactly what I wrote. This is not an official Kings.Game account (it only looks that way). Scammers DM me, they've disabled the copy/share option, which forces you to click on a link they provide. Under the link you see is a hidden phishing link.
