Thank you for the explanation. The replies above yours were a bit confusing but now (after you explained it) it’s more clear how their deposit sysem works and it makes more sense. As far as I know, most casinos require a minimum deposit to be able to claim the deposit bonus and I think a $20 minimum is more than fair.
Also, t’s good to know that they sent the no-deposit $5 bonus to some users (as PC confirmed) but I hope the OP will ne more active to clarify some points like the wagering requirement tied to this bonus.

Yes I think the same, although at first I didn’t understand very well what bonuses and minimum deposits were they talking about, everything is clear now. After re-read the email again, no wager requirement only apply to the winning once we’re done using the free spins. We probably need to wager before we can claim the free spin (it's make me confuse also  ). That’s why Potato Chips was able to claim the FS.
