Lawsuit is against Kelsier Venture and it cited many meme coins other than the infamous $LIBRA and $MELANIA so I doubt there would be any pardon.
In my opinion $MELANIA is just a small piece of the entire lawsuit, the lawsuit itself involves many thing non Trump related.

Have you been paying attention of whom has he been pardoning in the past? Everyone praising him and giving him money seems to get a pass sooner or later. And this is definitely one of them. Not pardoning them would imply that he has been scamming his followers and doing business with criminals (like he has).

There's however going to be a scape goat for all this and it's probably something completely mental again, like trans people, antifa, or woke that caused these rug pulls.

I don’t know why people think that all this scam can be of any value if be a good coin one day, it’s not even an investment it just one of the worst gambling you can do with more guarantee that you lose. The coin especially having the backing of trump made people to think that it was going to be a good coin to retail and profit from but it was a rug pull to milk the market and make whoever that is behind it rich.

Most of the memecoins we are seeing in the market are not to make us profitable. Many of these projects are purely scam and they are not long lasting projects. Investors are losing their money to bad projects which is why we need to be responsible for any foolish decisions we make about investing in scam projects. Rug pull altcoins projects are everywhere and we don't need to invest in them carelessly without watching and doing research.

Yep the usual boogeymen you mentioned will be the typical scapegoats.  I also think Kelsier Venture and their ilk can be scapegoated too as the trumps pin their grift on them- they will.  Even though they benefited, they would distance themselves and say Kelsier Venture and their ilk acted on their own without their knowledge.  I think what would happen at the end of his term is that he would issue them a full pardon, wiping out any restitution they would be on the hook for if any is determined.

It is one of the worst meme coins. I know what you are thinking, because the coin has falling more than significantly, you think it might rise back. Do not think like that, be careful of the coin. Do not think it is created by Trump, that it will rise so much again, but you can try tor luck with the amount of money that you can afford to lose. I will not be surprised if meme coins like that will become dead later in the future.

One of the mistakes some people keep making in the crypto market is believing that any coin that drops in price during a bear market will definitely going to recover when the next bull market arrives. What many people don't realize is that during  bear market dying process some project.I used to have that same mindset but when i accumulated some tokens years ago, expecting them to recover during the last bull run we experienced so I can make some reason profit but I ended regretting it because they never recovered. In fact, they fell even lower than the price at which I bought them.That was when I started believing that not all altcoins are worth holding. Some projects may start well but that doesn't guarantee they will continue performing well in the future.

Sometimes even with your smart research the mind deceives many to focus on the outcome that might come from the investment that leads them to invest even after knowing that yes truly it might be a scam project but they want to outsmart the creators so some fail victim not because they don’t know but because they are trying to outsmart everyone. Example the coin op mentioned was linked to Trump but not really his coin but his name being mentioned lead many to believe it might sake but then at the end it dipped.
