Hi guys,

after talking to Royse, my suggestion is to have a $5 buy-in for the qualifier rounds and those $5 will go towards a knockout bounty pot. That way we will have a $5 bounty per knockout. It makes the game more exciting and we have a small barrier to enter the tournament. In my opinion still tool low, but the goal is to find a middle ground.

Since Royse has a lot to do, I offered my help to count the knockouts. I won't be recording anything, so the idea is that there will be a google form and everybody has to submit the pokernow link for a knockout hand (or multiple), I will check all submitted links and credit the knockouts accordingly to you guys. There will be further details, but this is the idea we would like to stick to. The $5 buy-in is to be paid in USDT BSC.

The buy-in is a good idea, as it will help reduce the rate of bot accounts playing in the tournament. The google form is still under processing I guess.
Curious: Concerning the buy-in, will there be provided an address (personal address) or the sponsor will provide the address where the buy-in will be sent to? Will it be a casino platform or similar?

Here is a blind structure that I'd suggest.

The idea is that you can experiment on your own simply by inputting numbers into the boxes, and the curve and prize table will update live each time.

Once we choose a structure we like, we'll need to manually round the amounts (to the nearest $10, for example). Also, the lower payouts can be the same size.

As for the ante, it's almost ideal. Just one small note. I’d keep the ante fixed at 1/10 of the SB until short-handed play begins, meaning all the way up to the final two tables.
Anyway, let's first check the expected field size.

Yes I understood your values can be modified, I just meant that the numbers as you presented them in the first example make sense to me. Of course some rounding is needed eventually, but as an orientation it looks good.

By the way, should the tournament be 6-handed tables? Or bigger?

I will keep this topic to register whitelisting and will update the OP later. Right now I am working on the event discussion topic and event details for publications.
- Event name: Crypto Poker Season 2026
- The announcement will be published on different crypto platforms including R7 community.
- We will host the tournaments on PokerNow.
- We will be using the following structure with 8 minutes for each level, thanks MV. We must need break. Suggest me the break times.

- Regarding the prize distribution in the grand final, I wanted a winner to have at-least some profit considering one bought all three tickets (3*$50). Securing even the 10th place will give them $80 profit. Besides, have over $1k prize to become the champion is something feel highly valuable. I wanted the champion feel the worth.
- Whitelisting for all 6 group matches will start in a few days,
- There is a $30 whitelisting fees
- BTC address and the BTC amount will be announced soon for whitelisting.

With that being said, the tournament will start from 8th August. The grand final will be on 26th September. We will have a 50 days poker season. The game time is 13:00 UTC on Saturdays. Between the final and the 6th round there will be week off so that we can prepare us very well for the final.

Royse mentioned the schedule here. The schedule stands, 13:00 UTC on Saturdays. There are only a few minor details we may adjust, but nothing significant.

You can mark August 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th, September 5th, 12th, 19th and then the final on 26th.

How many of you, if they don't qualify for the final during the first six qualifier rounds, would pay $50 for a ticket for the grand final? Or would actually be one, two, or three $50 tickets (two rebuys possible during the first 10 levels)?

It would help a lot to finalize everything. Just assume the worst case and you don't make it top 3 or don't get a lot of knockout bounties.

In the event that I didnt qualify for the grand final, I will be commiting to pay one $50 ticket but if I get mine from the qualifiers then I probably wont be purchasing more

If I fail to get ground final ticket through first six rounds. Then definitely 1 ticket of Grand final will be confirmed. But i will can't confirm about re-buy tickets. It depends on my situation.

First place in each round will get ground final tickets for free only. And there are 6 free tickets in total 6 rounds.
