-Ban nodes with a starting height of 15553
-Checkpoint and modifier checksum checkpoint at 24000
-Re-enabled stakeweight in getmininginfo RPC command
-Changed reward system to halve forever
-Upped protocol version to 70005
-Added extraflags output to block info that specifies if the block is proof-of-transaction
-Added ACCEPTED message for proof-of-transaction block outputted to debug.log
