The one you listed on Stake bonus is not a rakeback/cashback. It’s a sign-up bonus or deposit bonus exclusively if you use the code of Gosu. It’s not the general cashback/rakeback of Stake since the computation for that is not disclosed to the public.

I’m surprised to see that Stake still offer some bonus through referral code these days since I don’t experience this bonus when I sign up before.

I like this list if you can maintain properly.

Suggestions:

-Include the source link for the casino page promotion itself so that user can check the full information of the rakeback/cashback instead of their ANN thread.

Your title is limited to cashback and rakeback while the list you made so far seems to be not only rakeback and cashback.
If the main purpose is to give specific information about cashback and rakeback only then better to skip the other bonuses.
Also it will be better if you separate it into 2 different columns, 1 for rakeback and 1 for cashback so it will be easier for reader to check.

He has only copied and pasted the information from BTCGOSU, it doesn't have any clear information about the rakeback and cashback rates. He also copied and pasted the information of deposit bonus percentages, while the thread is about rakeback and cashback.
