Bitcoin will work side by side with AI as the both advance in time but however bitcoin does not need help to grow bitcoin has grown before the AI era and then it doesn’t make any sense to say that bitcoin grow through AI so is either AI become a risk for bitcoin oe crypto generally or it facilitates its use and adoption for the most efficient way, however, I haven’t been able to know any application integrated with AI that works side by side with crypto hence I prefer to say that we are in a haste to enter into the future instead of staying realistic in the present moment.

The option of AI inclusivity at this moment in point is already finalized. Ai will be the growth of Bitcoin or it will be the death of the systems that are currently enabling Bitcoin be on centralized and regulated exchanges including hot and cold wallets and easy to use  case, that has driven its adoption so far.

This is the scare of quantum computers and I know that the Bitcoin protocol would remain standing but am sure you know the developers won't be resting on their oars but would try to come up with possible solutions to the pending question of AI inclusivity that is posed already.

Probably we have also seen most of these effects today.
For example economic impact = many resources drained out of btc economy and driven to AI companies/hardware/software development
Mixing the "good and the bad" of a new technology coult not lead to understand the deeply impact it can have.
Of course you can use AI to create dangerous contents. But in the meanwhile it has been able to find many critical bugs for some crypto currencies. This computational ability could lead to the ability to track and unveil many transactions.
This is just the beginning. P. Ardoino in one of his speech he has said: AI would be get a payment in btc and not FIAT.
For sure the role of btc can't be negligible and nowadays we are just seen the start of this grow.

You make a thoughtful point. Rather than seeing AI and Bitcoin as competitors I see them as complementary technologies. AI can play a major role in improving security enabling smarter automation and analyzing blockchain data while Bitcoin can provide a decentralized censorship resistant payment system for an AI driven economy. At the same time as AI becomes more powerful the challenges around privacy and security will also grow. That's why the continued development of both AI and Bitcoin is important. In my view if these two technologies evolve together they could help build a stronger and more resilient digital economy.

From a layman's point of view, it seems AI isn't making Bitcoin safer. Bitcoin itself is safe now, and it's not because of AI but because of its design. However, I'm clueless as to how much contribution AI makes in the proposals of Bitcoin developers for its continuous upgrade.

On the other hand, I don't think AI poses any danger to Bitcoin currently. AI-generated fake websites, phishing emails, deepfake videos, and all aren't threats to Bitcoin itself. They're threats to coin owners, though. But I believe the basics in terms of protecting one's Sats remain effective to this day regardless of the advance of AI. The classic dos and don'ts such as not clicking on unverified links or not keeping wallet backups online remain solid protections against such threats.

My local thread discusses this issue. The thread is titled

Pandangan Menarik dari CEO Cloudflare tentang masa depan Kripto dan AI

From the discussion, I understand that the two can complement each other. The issue right now is that AI has become an application that refers directly to the source, which can be a problem for content creators. Because they won't get traffic from their website or content. So the view in the discussion is that Bitcoin could be an alternative micropayment solution using the Lightning Network. So the result is
AI agents would have to pay a small amount (a few cents) to take content from websites.

Do you believe AI will make Bitcoin safer or more dangerous?
Both can happen.

Which AI application in crypto has impressed you the most?
I haven't used much AI yet, but currently I'm using Gemini.

Would you trust an AI assistant to protect your Bitcoin wallet? Why or why not?
Never, I still can't trust AI.

I agree. btcoin's security comes from its cryptography and decentralized design which is safe eversince not with the help of AI. This AI can only help our developers  to review codes or spot the potential bugs and issues, but any changes still require careful community review to avoid any further problems... The bigger risk is AI making scams like phishing and fake websites more convincing... So following basic security practices, such as verifying links and keeping your recovery phrase offline remains the best protection for everyone.

Both are right and these are working together. Bitcoin cryptography is not something that is under threat from present state of AI, it is impossible to break the current cryptography, such as the SHA-256 or elliptic curve coding, even with the help of AI. Key factor where AI truly changes the threat environment is social engineering. Today, an AI-generated fake email looks like a real email to most people and deep fakes copying crypto figures already exist in large numbers.
There has however been no real change in the protection. Never share seed phrases with anyone, check URLs by hand and seed phrases offline. These fundamentals continue to hold true as target area is based on people related targets, not on cryptographic weaknesses. Here, AI's role for developers to find bugs before launch is truly underappreciated. It is way better to find a weakness before mainnet.

AI can improve security, but it also gives scammers more advanced tools.</i]

Just a little note, your code here has some of it in it’s raw state because, you didn’t write the closing tags properly, you used </i] instead of [/i]. The singular evasive character there is ‘<’ which was used in place of ‘[’. You might want to look into that.

In my opinion, AI should become an assistant—not a decision maker.

Bitcoin was designed to give users financial freedom and personal responsibility. If we completely depend on AI for every investment decision, we may lose the habit of learning how Bitcoin actually works.

Instead, AI should help users understand blockchain technology, explain transactions clearly, warn about risky addresses, and improve security without replacing human judgment.

Discussion Questions:

  • Do you believe AI will make Bitcoin safer or more dangerous?
  • Which AI application in crypto has impressed you the most?
  • Would you trust an AI assistant to protect your Bitcoin wallet? Why or why not?

I believe AI and Bitcoin will continue growing together, but education and critical thinking will always be more valuable than automation alone.

Looking forward to hearing the community's opinions.

AI is merely a study material or research tool and not a decision maker. AI can make predictions for you but, it doesn’t leave you without options, it’s important for you to note that, you still get to make the final decisions in the end, based on available reasons as researched by the AI.

What AI uses to come to certain conclusions are available statistics online from current and previous proceedings. These are stats even available to you and used by those who know how but, not knowing these or how could be some of the reasons why certain uses rely on AI to simplify these options for them.

If AI can make Bitcoin and that’s not in terms of creating new Bitcoins but rather, improve it’s security and everyday use,
I think not. The role of AI in Bitcoin security would seem a lot on unreliable to Bitcoin enthusiasts whom would feel it would have some backdoor for programmers and certain codes can be written in error. However, AI can be used in the correction or detection of certain flaws in the system as well as predicting and projecting certain possible scenarios into the future.

I don't mind AI being integrated into the industry, AI makes things better so if it can be implemented without destroying the core value of the industry then I am all for it. I haven't experienced much AI in the industry since right now what I am mostly doing is buying and hodling Bitcoin for the next bull run but I have seen some videos of people praising AI especially in trading Bitcoin but I have no knowledge on such since I won't rely on a machine to analyze the market for me when I can do that perfectly myself and get more accurate results. As for AI protecting my wallet that's a no for me, anything online can be hacked and I don't trust any AI to protect my wallet instead of that, I rather take my wallet offline and only bring them online when I need to send out coins from my wallet which can be done perfectly without any AI need.

Artificial Intelligence will never help Bitcoin grow, it's there to help tasks to be 10 times faster and this includes the work of scammers and hackers around the world, Bitcoin has no AI integrated in any way so how will AI help Bitcoin? That's 100% a FUD.

I like the fact that AI exists to bring destruction more than solution, it makes Devs around the world to be more cautious and prepared for any possible future threats, it's all good to be honest.

Some Blockchain projects have been detected to be full of vulnerability and this is a good thing, all thanks go to the existence of AI, now every developers are more cautious about their builds.

No way I will trust AI to handle my wallet control, AI is full of errors and there are so many things that could go wrong.

Why would some people think to this extent that AI can protect their wallet? This is very bad. I can not even trust any tool with my wallet, I will prefer to know the way to protect my wallet myself which I think is very better than to rely on something that may later fail. To protect your wallet is easy, but some people just do not want to learn.

I don't think AI has that capability yet, still think it has to be used as a tool in your arsenal for analysis and research purposes but not a decision maker by any means.

I believe that protecting your crypto wallet doesn't require any special skills that are beyond the abilities of a mentally healthy person. You just need to spend an hour learning about the basics and understanding the potential risks. I personally wouldn't trust AI to set up my wallet's security for me, but I do think AI is an excellent tool for learning, researching, and gathering information.

That part about A.I being an assistant and not the actual decision maker really hits the nail on the head for me.
Bitcoin is all about holding your own keys and being responsible for your own wealth, so handing full control over to an AI trading bot or wallet just feels wrong.
I love the idea of using A.I to scan for bad addresses or flag suspicious activity, but at the end of the day, I still want to be the one pulling the trigger.

Let's say the more of the positive influence of the use of artificial intelligence, even though I don't think it would be a threat to bitcoin network because they are on a separate ways, while considering of the Bitcoin volatility, the market experience tremendous growth because of the increase in adoption as many are seen diverse opportunities with bitcoin investment upon their financial economy, while using AI will Foster the help needed to be able to get all the necessary information and applicable benefits of Bitcoin for our personal use where applicable.

Looking forward to hearing the community's opinions.

More recently, Vitalik Buterin created a prototype of an anonymous bulletin board , and the key word here, in my opinion, is vibe code . Apparently, programming has now become a very easy tool, which has become widespread.
And this is certainly a plus for those who want to create something for the crypto world. After all, even guys who don't know any programming language can easily write new programs, so that new ideas are embedded in it, and in general, so that it is beneficial. Not the desire to hack into someone's computer or wallet. Therefore, on the surface, I believe that AI works for the benefit of crypto.
