New Public Standard — Gravity Increase Standard (GIS-001)

Today we published the first release of the Gravity Increase Standard (GIS-001).

The purpose of this standard is straightforward: establish a repeatable framework for continuous operational improvement. It defines principles for identifying weaknesses, implementing improvements, measuring outcomes, and preserving those improvements over time through a structured, reproducible process.

Rather than treating improvement as an ad hoc activity, the standard formalizes it as an institutional discipline.
