Well I tried to sign into the forum today on my main account but the password has been changed and so the email. I have no other way of getting my account back besides the email I had on there and my IP address. It is very important that I get my account back. I can provide email and IP proof that the account https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=101372 "ourtut" is my account. I found no other way to get in contact with the admins to regain access to my account. Im not sure how they got access and changed everything but I know now that I will use much stronger passwords and other methods of security in the future.

Also in the time since my account was stolen the person has vouched for a user https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=272048 "DarkComet" in this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=558774.msg6089521#msg6089521 in the meantime DO NOT trust anything either accounts post.

UPDATE
I also have the IP address of someone that attempted to login to 3 other of my accounts (all I will say is the geo location is of Sweden) but all have better passwords and 2fa. I will only release this IP address to admins or mods. It is very important that I regain access to my account asap.

The grue lurks in the darkest places of the earth. Its favorite diet is adventurers, but its insatiable appetite is tempered by its fear of light. No grue has ever been seen by the light of day, and few have survived its fearsome jaws to tell the tale.

Send a PM to theymos although I'm pretty sure those details aren't going to cut it when it comes to proving you own the account. See this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=497545.0

I know that but theymos requires you to be able to sign a message from an address that is associated with the account such that it is undeniable you own the account. If you want to get it back PM theymos and figure it out - I'm simply doubtful that you'll recover it without a verifiable address prove it.

Good luck, hope you find a way to get it back.

Wait , how do I let an address of mine be sufficiently verified ?

Do I tell an admin or something that this is my address ?

I shall keep it for as long as I can , and it has been on my profile.

No longer active on bitcointalk, however, you can still reach me via PMs if needed.
