Incomplete, misleading or unverifiable submissions may be rejected or returned for additional information.

Chainquiry also maintains a mining-pool directory for miners looking for pool information and official links.

Sharecoin (SHC) is now listed on Chainquiry

Sharecoin has been added to the Chainquiry cryptocurrency project directory.

Sharecoin is a Layer 1 Proof-of-Work network built as a fork of Bitcoin Core. It uses a GPU-oriented ProgPoW/KawPoW variant instead of SHA-256 mining.

A distinguishing feature of the project is its public randomness beacon. Each mined block includes a mix_hash, and the getrandombeacon RPC derives verifiable randomness from already-confirmed blocks for potential uses such as lotteries, raffles, NFT reveals, matchmaking systems and DAO selection.
