First of all when the owner responded the messages in telegram were set to self destruct after a week, Red flag #1. Then I visit the website and see you have to connect a wallet to even deposit, red flag #2 IMO. Then I politely told them I was not interested in working with them as I am uncomfortable promoting a site that makes you connect a wallet to play, users wallets are at risk with that sort of setup. Immediately they deleted the chat. Not hours later, immediately.

Now some might say that they could still be legit, but I personally feel like they're not on the up n up. Proceed at your own risk.

The disappearing messages are probably the most concerning part of this story.

Even when a project is legitimate, deleting a conversation immediately after someone raises concerns makes later verification almost impossible. Screenshots can help, but people can still dispute their context or authenticity.

Would you find it useful if projects and reviewers could publish important statements, warnings and responses through a public system where the original text remains permanently visible and neither side can quietly remove or rewrite it later?

That would make disputes like this much easier for future users to evaluate.
