If you say withdrawals are being reviewed for security and compliance then there is every possibility that you will definitely request for KYC since you mentioned about such which has to do with compliance on your terms of service.

However, your paragraph 5 validates the possibility of you requesting for KYC if otherwise since you already talked about updating your policy and terms if the need arises without the consent of your platform users. This goes to show that the no KYC you have put up there is just for formalities as  you likely must have put It up just to get the traffic since you already know members here do not like KYC platforms.
