No doubt this is the reality of things, the difference between a wealthy person and that of someone who is rich and even to those who may be considered struggling financially is due to investments.
Money in the Bank can't secure you wealth if such money, is not our into good use which will bring in more income. Inflation is one thing that everyone has to come in terms with because no matter the amount, of money that is kept in the bank. It's just a matter of time that such money will lose value and depreciates over time.
Wealth means someone is having different means of economy and the only way that can be guaranteed is when your money, is put into good investments which could bring in income at the end of the day over time..
I don't know how many times and in how many threads I have said this so far, but I'm going to say it once again: investments don't bring wealth, they only bring profits, and profits can't make you wealthy, they might give you better sustainability and the ability to lead a better life, but wealth is something else. There is a difference between being rich and being wealthy, because someone rich might have enough money to have a great life, but to maintain that, they will still need to work to stay at that level because if they stop, it won't take long for them to go down and lose the luxurious lifestyle. However, being wealthy means that even if you don't work anymore, you can still sustain a luxurious life for the assets you have built and wealth you have gathered.
Talking about investments, we need to understand that most investments don't even have the potential to make you rich, and I believe someone who becomes rich only through an investment is lucky, because investments are supposed to bring you good profits, but they don't always have the potential to bring you enough profits that you can consider yourself rich through those investments. So, it is important that we know the actual reality.
