Yes that is the reality actually investments fights against the inflation. As the global economies faces inflation and decreased purchasing power it is necessary for people who want wealth or good money in the future and in current condition he / she has a regular source of income they need to start investing in assets that give them profits in the future. Few days ago i was sitting with my mother she is a house wife with a limited education . She told me that 6 yrs ago she invested her money in a physical gold and now her return is around 200% as in our country the investors takes benefits from both increasing prices of gold globally and depreciation of our country's currency against the US dollar. If she keeps that money in cash the purchasing power of that money decreases becoz of inflation but investment gives her a good return.
