It’s not actually a foolish thing,most gamblers no matter how weak their favorite team is they won’t bet against them.Everyone has their own reasons for placing a bet it may not be that they’re betting for the financial awards but they just enjoy the thrill of placing a bet regardless of the outcome.
Every gambler has his favorite team but a little consideration should be given when betting. As there is money involved and there is no need to lose money unnecessarily. If ever a strong team is ready to channel against my favorite team, then I will not bet on that match and enjoy that game. Which has been steadfast in this decision since the past.
In particular, it is essential to analyze each person before betting, otherwise be prepared for undesired results. Which they never expected because everyone bets to win in sports.
It is just common sense that some people can't bet against their own team, no matter what. They will rather lose money than go against them. But for me, if am sure that my team is clearly going to lose I will rather just watch the game without placing any bet. No need to force it. Just know when to step back. You don't have to bet on every match, especially when your emotions are involved. That's usually when mistakes and disasters happen. The whole point of betting is about making smart choices, not just following your feelings. If you can't separate the two then just avoid it.
