Anyone know what the hell Asicminer is up to?  They don't have any relevant products right now that I know of.  Block erupter's and cubes.  They must have something coming out soon.

They're already mining with new products. You're not getting them yet. Wait until ASICminer got their ROI first bro

AFAIK they chose to not release their new gen - it didn't turn out as well as it could have. They're waiting until they can deliver something perfect.

Edited for clarity: I'm referring to the now 'old' 55nm refresh. I have no comments about the 40nm (yet Wink).

Which are you referring to?  The 55nm(?) one that didn't perform, or the 3rd gen 40nm that just recently came out of the fab and (functionally) tested okay?

55nm. The 40 should be moderately good however its about 6 weeks behind where they'd have preferred it to be when it hits the market.

I believe that Rockminer (Rockminer.com) is the new Asicminer.

No they are just reselling AM hardware.

Old news. Gen2 was skipped around November.

Gen3 40nm chips are in hand and functional. We still don't have the final specs but if they meet their target it will be the king.

It would be awesome if they make a system of blades to use the old backplane and server PSU.
