I think you mean if the license they are operating on covers or allows for your country to be eligible to gamble with them.

I just created an account on your website to check it out and I was mainly interested in your provably fair system. So, I took a closer look at it. As far as I can see, your provably fair system does indeed use a server seed, client seed and nonce to generate the results and to be fair, it is quite easy to edit the client seed and verify the results.

You should consider that change that, so people can read your Terms of service and your relevant documentation before signing up. As a rule of thumb: when people join a platform or service, it is assumed they are aware of the terms of service and they agree with them, so they decided to access to those services.
