Even when a user try to create account, there is no checkbox to agree with terms of services like what most other casinos have.

I believe this is rather a common sense issue. The first thing we are asked to do when downloading a program, creating an email or even shopping online is to agree on terms of service, so each one of the parties are aware of their rights and duties when comes to what it is being offered. This casino seems to be skipping one of the most fundamental steps of what a business is supposed to do.

Using a casino with no clear terms of service is like giving them a blank check on what they can and cannot do...
