Stake.com lies about promotions...

What happened:

I have a problem with Stake.com. I received a bonus on date 19/07/2026, that need deposit 300$ and wager 300$ for 60$ bonus (no min. odds). Soo, need 3 days to made this requirements, soo final date will be 22/07/2026 no ? I upload the email: https://ibb.co/0pkck00d

On 21/07/2026 I made deposit of 301$: https://ibb.co/zVkt8MkG and in same day, I bet 301$: https://ibb.co/SwH3qBmS ... soo is good yes?

I just want to know what I did wrong and what I didn't fulfill, and Stake ignores telling me exactly and always gives me requirements not met.

Can someone clarify for me?

What exactly did they say? Did they say anything apart from "requirements not met"? As for the bonus, is that the entirety of the terms for it? Deposit $300, wager $300 and not bet on Stake Poker and Stake Originals? Could it be possible that it be possible that you ran out of time? I mean, it is possible that the countdown for that bonus started the moment you received the promotional email(or something), if so, then July 19 is day 1, and July 21 is day 3. What time did you receive that promotion on July 19, and what time did you finish the wagering requirement on July 21?

Anyway, if all the things I mentioned aren't important for that bonus, then they should have given you the $60 bonus.

We can clarify it to you if you share the full screenshot of the promotional email with us. You hadn't shared the key part of the email. Stake usually includes some terms and conditions in such types of promotional messages. I had also received an exclusive bonus from Stake 10 days ago, there were some terms attached to it. The deposit and wager deadline was 1:00 PM UTC for me of 19th July. So, I think that your deadline was 1:00 PM UTC of 21st July, but you have placed a bet on an event which has started after the deadline.

I could be wrong here, but everything will be clear when you share the screenshot of the bonus terms.

By now you shouldn't be new any longer that any bonus received do have sometimes and condition over it, but many seems not to put much attention on it and that is why the got denied of some privileges, had it been you are able to show the conditions that comes with the bonus you received, then we can help in making analysis to know whether it is coming from you or the lapses is from them.

The email was sent on 19, 3 days, is 19, 20, 21 all day no? it's not matter the hour, 3 days mean all day on 21 in any version, it's simple.

It is not clear what they told you regarding the wagering requirement. I have never received a similar promotion, so I cannot comment on it. However, I am certain they won't scam you over $60, especially since they offer much more than that over a weekend based on how much you wager.

Make sure you are not chatting with the bot to get the same repeated answer.

No men, is not robot, and it's not about 60$, it s about that they send something and not paid. And i want to give me a correct answer not: "Thank you for reaching out to us. Please note that our team in charge has checked your eligibility, and confirmed that you have not completed the requirements, hence why you are not eligible." or "Unfortunately, we would not be able to provide much information regarding this as support team, as bonuses and promotions are created and managed by our marketing team. They have reviewed your account and activity, and confirmed that you have not completed the requirements."

I want to know and don't say what requirements was not met. Not a general answer for "human" support.

Usually you can find the promotions on stake if you get an email. I wouldn't necessarily go by the timestamp on the email as their promotions department may have been a little late in sending the email out. Always check the site its-self to see the dates and times of promotions.

Thanks for sharing the screenshot of the email. Unfortunately, you aren't going to get any help from this forum. None of the Stake representatives looks into the scam accusations here. I can see similar complaints like yours at Stake community and Askgamblers. There are also a good number of complaints like that in other online communities and 3rd party mediators. It will be better for you to submit a complaint at Askgamblers instead of wasting your time here.

Yeah they do this sometimes, have seen countless cases like this on reddit actually. The even worse way of not paying is telling the player that the email has been "sent by accident" and "therefor you are not eligible". In your case they "claim" you didn't meet the requirements, which I have seen before.
I mean, the way you did the rollover might be why they are like this. Making a bet for the full amount on 1.04 odds is not what they are hoping for with promos like this, haha. But nevertheless there is no rule against it and if you are within the time window (which you should be according to your story) I don't see why they shouldn't pay up.

Anyway, as others have stated, nobody from stake unfortunately will care about this since they don't really monitor the activity in our forum anymore. They just promote.

What’s the title of the email? Usually, there’s a hint related to the bonus description like challenge for casino games only since they specifically mentioned bets on poker and original games is not allowed. Normally, if the bonus is meant for sports betting it contains minimum odds requirements to fulfill the bonus. However, the bonus details is very limited so I understand very well your situation.

Please send here the screenshot of the support reply. It’s odd that they don’t want to disclose the reason why you are not eligible while you have proof that you completed the bonus requirements.

Sadly, An exclusive bonus like this doesn’t have time stamp printed on the ToS and there’s no available additional info on Stake website. They sent different exclusive bonus based on users gambling activity and vip level. Only general bonus has a general ToS on the website.

I complete a lot of this exclusive bonus lately.

Please send here the screenshot of the support reply. It’s odd that they don’t want to disclose the reason why you are not eligible while you have proof that you completed the bonus requirements.

Sadly, that's the content of their email to him and it cannot be altered. Seems that stake have already given the verdict to his claims and they couldn't care less. And disputing that will result to repetitive answer from the email team. @OP, it's sad that they've said that can't provide more info why you're not eligible. What's on my mind is what if this promo is only limited for few users to claim and yours already reached the limit.
