Modularisation of buildings in physical Bitcoin community

A true Bitcoin/crypto physical community, for the sake of principles, has to be mobile or nomad-friendly in a World of increasing uncertainty, instability or choas, to allow its inhabitants survive and escape with their buildings during possible environmental crisis, attacks from people, infrastructure/societal breakdown etc.
The community has to use properties or things that can easily be moved from one place to another when necessary. Such things like houses should be mobile enough rather than fixed.
The other day I wrote about the possible inclusion of large buildings and skyscrapers in Crypto-like society , and then remembered that such buildings have to be Bitcoin-compatible by being modular and mobile. So, instead of a whole permanently jointed or fixed buildings or skyscrapers, they should be modularized and mobile. Skyscrapers for example should be built in ways that make it possible for each storey, in form of module, to be stacked on another module until they get to the desired height, probably a maximum of 10 storeys
The stacking should be done in a way that makes removing a module easy without damaging or affecting the one on top of it. This means that a frame for stacking the modules would need to be constructed first. Imagine it as drawer frame of some kind of tall table, for pulling and pushing in drawers... The drawers, which represent the buildings or modules can be individually removed and slotted in without affecting any of the other drawers above or even below.  This should alllow an occupant of each module of a skyscraper to draw out his building/module and leave the Bitcoin community whenever he needs to.

We can also do this on wide/large buildings by connecting their modules side-by-side to allow for easy detachment of a module from another without affecting the rest

Lots of people are nomads without a true, localized single living place right now. This makes it very difficult to get mail, and you need mail for things like insurance. If you have a mail drop, they require a physical location in order for you to get the mail drop in the first place. If you have a mail drop, you can instruct them by phone to send your mail general delivery to many post offices anywhere around the country, where you can pick it up after the mail drop sends it to you. But the post offices don't like to do this. All this cost money.

If we are going to make a community out of it, why don't we make the physical Bitcoin again. Whoever that guy was who started making them years ago, quit when the SEC started putting pressure on him. Now we can get away with it by forming a PMA. But the physical coins could only be shared among the group, although some of them would start to slip out into the public after a while. Would that be a SEC problem that could break our PMA?

Government is a PMA of the kind that is open to the public. It allows additional PMAs among private groups of people. It's built right into government's language. But government officials don't like PMAs because they take authority away from government. So they fight them, even though they are not supposed to, and even though they are built right into the language of the Constitutions and Amendments.

What this means is that we should make our Bitcoin communities set up as PMAs. And there are ways to do it even though government limits the size of PMAs... something like PMA groups of PMAs, or two-person PMAS with everybody having a PMA with everybody else, all sorted by the blockchain.

Another matter is home schooling. If we move around the country, different States require different things out of home schoolers. The reason why there is government control of kids for schooling is because of the birth certificate... but really the way the parents sign the BC application and the BC itself sometimes.

The BC is a 'transfer of property' document. The property being transferred is the child. This makes government the guardian trustee over the child. Sign stuff with government. including BC stuff "non-assumpsit" which is Latin (so government understands it) for "no contract." This way the kid gets the BC, and at the same time is protected from being a beneficiary of government's guardianship. No government control. Home school as you wish.

There is a lot to think about regarding a nomad Bitcoin community. And the thinking needs to include freedom for travel between counties, not just the US freedom. It would be like forming a new nation within whatever nation you wanted to form it. Some countries wouldn't allow it.
