When I began bitcoin investment initially, I felt the same way, I was only focussing more on the bitcoin bullish trend, when Bitcoin price is dropping I sell instead of buying more or stay calm. This cost me losses, but I have actually learned, and such error can never repeat itself any longer.

So my question is , how do you react to bear market as a bitcoin investor? Do you panic or you remain calm, and endure it?

I never panic about the bear market because when i want to start investing in bitcoin i know what i want to invest in and i also trust bitcoin, some people panic during the bear market because they feel like their money will be gone but that is not how a good investors react, a good investor will never panic because he will know how bitcoin work and how the market runs, although some people can not watch the price decrease but when you trust what you are doing you will definitely going to enjoy it in the end.

Another reason why i never panic about the market when i started my bitcoin journey is because i never see anyone complaining that he invest in bitcoin and hold for a long time and he never get a good profit in the end, and i have never see see anyone complaining that the price drop and he lost his money, many beginners need to know all these things to know that bear market is not something to panic about.

If you understand Bitcoin and have experience how it work, you will know that you don't need to panic. There are people that have sold their Bitcoin after this recent shake out but we both know that this is temporary, over the years anytime Bitcoin dump, it's going to pump again and that has been the nature of Bitcoin, there is always pull back but when it's ready for growth, it will move again.

Look into other assets, there is no any assets that has remain in one price, it will go up and it will come down, so don't woryy when you see Bitcoin in bear market, it's a market phase and it will change after a while.

To be honest, if the investment is long-term and is supplemented by discretionary money in the investment fund, then there is no reason to fear the bear market and those investors may not be afraid. Because since I am not selling today, I should not worry about today's price. But if you are determined to achieve your goal, then this dip market will be a reason for joy instead of fear for you.

A dip market is basically a season of fear for short-term investors or traders, long-term investors spend the most time in this season to take advantage of the market. When you have to buy, expect the market to fall, when you are successful in the investment and consider selling, expect the market to rise.

One thing I know is so long as there are new investors in bitcoin there will always be those who panic sell, and even some old investors still get shocked when it comes to dip.
You see experience is really the best teacher, you have to experience the dip to really know how strong your mindset can be, we can talk a lot about Strategies and how to stay calm but if you never experience am you no go really know, cos some people are easily swayed.
The best thing to do as an investor is to invest with discretionary funds and plan to be consistent for a long time, no too  reason the price.

If you believe that bear market is not going to be the end of Bitcoin, then you will have to see bear market as a wonderful opportunity to accumulate wealth. Even though there is not wrong to buy Bitcoin, buying during bear market gives a lot of advantage such as getting more Bitcoin at lower prices and seeing your investment portfolio in profits as soon as market begins to rally. To be specific,  bear season should be as a period to be more aggressive in your buying and not a time to fear or sell.

Funny enough it takes only one who has a personal conviction about Bitcoin to view the bear market this way. For most people in the crypto market actually the bear market as their greatest undoing, they only expect the market to always be on the rise at all times, and anytime wey market begin to drop, their mind don fly, and before person know, them don Dey sell their coin even when e Dey obvious say them Dey in loss. Na why I Dey always talk say, people need to really understand how this market Dey take waka before them enter am, or make them try Dey do research make them for take know how to carry follow the market well to avoid mistake.

Having a concrete knowledge of how Bitcoin works and also my experience has already made me overcame the panics that some newbies usually have during the near market, I also felt same way when I first bought Bitcoin and then the price started dropping, now that I'm already experienced in the ecosystem, I set my target price and unless price gets to my target, I don't sell, what helped me was learning more about Bitcoin and then investing the amount that I can comfortably hold for a long time, so if newbies can also learn about Bitcoin, it will help them overcome the fear and also guide them to invest in the best comfortable way, like using DCA.

The logical thing to do is to remind calm but that can only happen if you understand market psychology. It is certain that the price of Bitcoin does not stay at a low price permanently, this alone should give you the confidence you need that the market is definitely going to recover at some point even though you cannot really predict when it will be. If you are hodling Bitcoin for a long term you don't really have any business with the bear market, a lot of people are the ones that out themselves in situations where they begin to panic, there is no need to keep on checking the price of Bitcoin especially during a dip when you know fully well that you aren't running a short term investment.

An investor that understands Bitcoin doesn't react based on emotions because they are well aware of the fact that Bitcoin goes through a bearish and bullish season and all that's needed for them to do during the bear market is to be patient. A lot of people say that panicking is an inevitable feeling but I disagree.

Before investing in Bitcoin you must understand that there is no linear path to it, you can see the market heading towards an upwards direction and in a few days the trajectory would end up changing, that's what volatility is all about and you must be ready for it mentally so you don't put yourself under unnecessary pressure.

During bear season the fear that the market may not recover is what push some investors to panick and sell there bitcoin, sometimes they do sell at loss.

This is the problem of a lot of people that invest in Bitcoin, they get carried away by the dip and become too emotional to be logical about the decision that they are making, that's the problem a lot of people have when it comes to investing in Bitcoin, they don't really have patience that's the reason why they make mistakes at the end of the day. Being scared of losing means you should not even think of investing in the first place.
