It is a matter of thinking how crazy a person can be when they are doing something like this. When people make mistakes, they learn from those mistakes instead of becoming a victim of them, but here it can be seen that he is threatening to bring out dozens of his reserve accounts. Maybe his head has completely gone out of whack due to being caught cheating, which is why he is talking such random things.

People like this want to earn money by violating the forum rules, which is why they keep huge account farming and we have to be ready at every moment to stop people like this, otherwise they will destroy the balance of the forum.

Maybe he's an unemployed person in the real world who has a lot of time to manage a few accounts. What I see from what he says is just a form of his frustration because he lost income from the forum. 
He could come back with his 16 accounts or more. But he'll get caught again in the future if his mindset stays the same.

Alright, weren't you terrible and intelligent as well? But you caught up. You even can’t handle four accounts and are caught; if you come up with 16 accounts, how could you hide? If you have existing accounts, then all of them will be exposed in some way.

Soon, that account might upload proof of successful transactions from his new business. But looking at the price, it seems like he is giving a big discount to the first customers.
Even though it’s not forbidden, he is doing something bad. His actions show how frustrated they are about losing a few accounts that used to bring them income.

I tried to find more of alts by linking them to rojan, and found out the farm is very very big. Many have already been caught, and there are  probably many accounts that haven't been identified yet.

A farm consisting of 18 accounts was found by FatFork around five years ago, and another farm consisting of 14 accounts was found by PrivacyG around four years ago.
Those two farms and the one I reported in the OP are actually the same farm, and the following accounts should be added to the list as well.

We actually have a couple of additional cases involving other users that came up during bonus disputes. Until now, I honestly didn't feel like posting every single case publicly, because I didn't want to turn everything into accusations and drama.

However, I'm starting to think that documenting these cases properly may be the right thing to do.

At the end of the day, multi-accounting and account farming have a real cost. It costs us money through promotions, bonuses, and campaigns, and I'm sure the same applies to many other casinos and advertisers operating on BitcoinTalk.

Campaigns and promotions should benefit real, individual users who genuinely participate in the community and use the platforms—not farms of accounts controlled by the same people repeatedly collecting rewards.

We are happy to reward genuine players, and we expect bonus abuse from time to time; that's part of operating a casino. But organized multi-accounting is different. It doesn't only affect SCORAS—it takes opportunities and campaign funds away from legitimate members of the community.

So going forward, when we have strong and properly documented evidence of this type of abuse, I think it makes sense for us to share it with the community rather than simply keeping it internally.

Again, thank you for putting the time into investigating this. It is genuinely helpful for us and, I believe, for other casinos and campaign managers as well.

Looking at these names, it looks like real Bengali names like mine. I have mistakenly used a name, and I cannot change it anymore. But looking at the list you prepared, it seems they have used their nephews, brothers, and children's names to register accounts. What a dumb way to ruin the accounts. I assume they were making money with some of these accounts by participating in signature campaigns, but they were not happy with the amount and decided to cheat in the casinos and make some extra bucks.

It is good that they ended up being caught and their accounts do not have any value anymore. I have started to think that at least 25% of active forum accounts operate from my country

As shishir already implied these are all confirmed Banglali based names. Pretty common tbh. You can literally find sifat, hridoy, aslam, sakil etc at every doorstep/block/area/town/city.

He probably didn't try changing it, as it's also veryyyy common here! (just a guess)...
