Under no circumstances do we request KYC, and in the event of an AML freeze, we will simply return the funds to the address provided by the customer.

Regarding fees: The thing is, we don't have any limits as such: we can process any amount for exchange.

When violations are detected, the order moves to status aml_failed and the funds are held until a manual review. The Service may request documents confirming the lawful origin of funds.

I am curious to know how much you have in your reserves if the claim of you being able to process any amount is to be taken serious otherwise I have a feeling you are relying on third party liquidity providers and that is a recipe of disaster when it comes to KYC and freezing of funds.

We have corrected the details and limited the maximum transaction amount to levels that we can process immediately using our own reserves.

We operate using our own assets and have several liquidity providers.
However, we can assure you that if an AML alert is triggered, we do not withhold the funds but immediately return them to the sender.

We have removed the line referring to the transfer of data upon request. We adhere to the principles of anonymity and do not want to put our clients at risk; therefore, all transaction data remains within the service.
