Keeping aside the merits of the scam accusation, just the fact that the thread was created on 25th July and bctokenbot replied on 26th and 27th July is something that should be noted. This is a much needed improvement from the BC Game team and I applaud it.
This seems to be a new effort by BC Game to repair the damage to their brand. If they engage with their customers in a timely manner it means they are prioritising them and that is a good thing regardless of the outcomes of the scam accusations.
As for the accusation itself, the OP is asking to be allowed to withdraw the frozen funds whereas BC Game is stating that overall he received more funds than he deposited therefore they will not reward cheats that exploit bugs in games.
Why the OP is impatient and is posting continuously (and unnecessarily), is beyond me.
May I ask what your account UID is? You can let me know via private message.
We apologize, but upon review, we found that last February you exploited a bug in our original game, *Tower96*, to execute numerous bets that were refunded at a 1:1 ratio; this allowed for risk-free betting while you simultaneously collected wagering rewards. Your account was funded with $12.60 and you have already withdrawn $1,166.59; the remaining balance consists of illicit funds that cannot be withdrawn. We have a report documenting this incident, and I am ready to provide it should any moderator require proof.
