Someone already asked you to do that in the beginning of this accusation but you are yet to provide any proofs etc.

As the BC Game representative replied before, this guy made around a $12 deposit, and he has withdrawn over $1.1K. If BC Game considers the winning amount a win from abuse, then the source of funds has already been deemed void. Any further wins generated from this amount won't be paid. It doesn't matter which game this guy has played later. The casino has some rules to protect its product from abuse. I always criticize BC Game when I see a scam accusation. However, I won't call them out for trying to stop an abuser.

Who doesn't need money? At least you need patience; holydarkness is trying to help you voluntarily, and he isn’t representative of BC Game. I read BC Game replies, and they claimed you have abused their system, and they are ready to provide evidence to the moderator.

In such conditions, holydarkness is trying to negotiate with BC Game, and it won’t be as fast as you are expecting. If you want to force him, then probably he will ignore you, because it’s not an easy task to handle something with the gambling sites. They don't even reply to the scam accusations nowadays.

Please refrain from uploading personal and sensitive data such as bank statement that clearly shows name and other crucial details in public forum if you can. Sending privately through PM here is best option if you still want to share with me, although for the time being, I don't need more info from you.

For the record, the file you uploaded to CH has been permanently removed and is not stored in my device, in respect of your privacy.

Now, BC sent me a bunch of data earlier today, that I can only visit just now because I specifically designed this device for forum related matters [and now CH-related matters too], and thus the data will only be stored on this device and not others, and I only managed to get ahold of this tablet just now.

Well, that is up to you.
Since holydarkness is bridging this case, I won't discourage OP here. I just wanted to say that I won't criticize BC game this time just because they were trying to protect their platform from abuse. If a game has a bug, and a player abuses it that bug and makes money, the casino reserves the right not to pay such winnings. If I were the owner, I would not pay it. For now, let's wait and see what happens next.

Because the proof is their proprietary, and is within their right to share only to whom they deemed necessary. Casinos retain the rights to protect their intellectual properties, such as betting log from their side, as well as proof of abuse, as providing them to public will expose them to possibility of further abuse by other abuser by adapting to the knowledge.

Now, they've shared with me, if you can sit down for an hour or two so I can take a round on the SA board, then on CH, I'll begin reviewing their data after, your ability to sit still while I do the rounds, will be much appreciated, since every bumps on "new replies" will distract me.

With this alone, you've proven to waste my time by breaching your own words, the binding ones if I may say. Both of them. One, to keep still, as you continue on ranting here, and two because you said the intent to ADR-hopping until you're satisfied.

From me and ContestHunters ourselves, a conculsion has been made after their latest evidence given to us [and then another one today, just to strenghten their ground], and the reason I asked for your side of evidence is if to perhaps prove and/or double-check their own data. But the data itself shouldn't be fabricated from BC, as BC [as well as other casinos] has to provide court-approved and legally-provable data when they're dealing with ADR and even bridge like me. They can't say a word or two that can't be backed by evidence, suppose the matter escalated to court-level. So the chance that they fabricate their counter-evidence is below minimal.

With that said, I will close this thread and deliver my verdict on CH by saing that I agreed that BC found evidence of bug-exploitation where a loss is not possible as loss will reimbursed back to the balance, of which you utilized to gain massive profit, and that your withdrawal are already nearly 100x of your deposit, so I will not try to settle for return of deposit.

Now, if you raise your case on AG or CG, you violated your own binding agreement, that shows the quality of the being behind the screen who have this problem and the likelihood of the counter-accusation to be true.

Well yes, I've been made beyond reasonable doubt that it's a bug exploitation. Betting history from BC, in several form [graph, log, table] shows several pattern, but one that was clear and share similarities between all were that the account balance never got deducted. Lost rounds existed, but comparing the betID to the other form of history showed that even when losing, balance was never deducted for the said lost.

And suppose anyone --literally anyone, pointing in general here and not exclusively for someone-- wonder if BC fabricated the evidence, that would be somewhat very minimal. Similar trait shared amongst every casino: the exact betting history has to be submitted to their license provider [at least that's how it was with the previous four master license of curacao] and/or capable to be deemed valid in the court room. Same file that was provided to me has to be provided to the judges of court too. So...
