A human dealer's spontaneous reaction, natural humor, body language and sometime even minor mistake bring the experience to life. I don't play live games, but AI is growing so much that it will become advanced in the next couple of years, when that happens an AI agent can imitate like a real live person in the virtual world and no need of someone need to be present at the table, but the change will happen gradually even if the technology allows this to happen, maybe in the next 10 years we won;t find a real live delare behind the screen.

I will always choose a human dealer over the improved AI. Human dealers might be tricky, as that’s what they are trained for, but I still prefer them over AI; no matter how well they get improved, it’s just code to me, plus the interaction section where you can have real conversations with humans and fellow players. It's a no-brainer that casinos will go that way but I think it will be rare to have humans dealing it in the future and that probably is a good or a bad thing. Well, casinos might want to reduce the cost considering training them will not be costly long term but it eliminates the sense that connects human to human interaction which I think is a missing part wherein humans may have ways to connect with fellow humans.

For now, it's not a threat but we're definitely getting there and depending on the player but I think I'll prefer humans to be the primary dealers with live casinos and besides why need AI on live if it could be just be boring, repetitive, and doesn't connect emotions? I still think that emotions is still part of gambling and live casino dealers tend to be accomodating as ever, have a laugh, make a joke, it's like sitting next to you and talking about some specific topic or issue. That's irreplaceable, but we will see that although that's kind of sad and boring tbh.

Personally i feel AI should be used for work related issues, given them them difficult task that involves carrying huge weight or using them for machine work etc but i don’t like it when AI is brought into human interaction, the truth is no machine or intelligence can be compared to human beings, AI dealers won’t have that natural feel that humans normally have and it will make a lot of people lose interest in gambling in casinos, it is not everything that AI should be brought into else peoples attention will be lost in certain things.

With the way A.I is massively improving lately, I doubt if one will be able to differentiate between an A.I dealer and a Live dealer if not been told. So for me, a human live dealer will be a more preferable option for me than an A.I dealer which has a very advanced knowledge above live games and will be very hard to beat while playing, unlike the human live dealer. But however, it's nice to know that the gambling industry is growing massively ans likewise inculcating the use of A.I to make work easier in its industry.

In the physical casino, it makes sense but for an online casino, the agent is a real person or just an AI dedicated for this job doesn't really make any difference. I would say the AI will do better job than a human which might feel awkward at first but people will get used to that.

Yes, I agree with you regarding your stand about A.I doing a better job in an online casinos. Because there will definitely be no difference if it's to be a human or an A.I agent that is been assigned to assist you on a live casino game. Because if it were to be a physical live casino, then that's when the influence of human would have been felt so much. Yes, or maybe the problem isn't that they've completely replaced real life dealers by then, rather, we will be unable to discern whether what we are seeing is real or the result of AI. I understand the improvement in efficiency and costs that it entails, but on the other hand the ease with which these versions can be created can cause the market to become saturated due to an excessive gambling offer.

My view is that it shouldn't happen. Gambling actually makes so much money to the industry that they might as well have some employees you know? Jobs are important so if snh government licenses gambling businesses I would expect them to also enact some pressure that the gambling businesses should employ real people to the best of their ability.

Well at least those aren't exploited for that work, so i don't care. I however don't see why people want to interact with soulless AI, if alternative is a real human. And yes, you definitely can tell which is which.

Personally i don't even use online games where there's a live dealer, and i wouldn't use AI either. Even in poker tournaments in the net there aren't live dealers, because those are just not needed. In fact, only reason i can see them to exist is need for human interaction, which would disappear with AI. Imho talking with AI like you do with a human can cause mental hazard, and i think there might be warning labels on chat bots in the future.
