The truth is that you brought this upon yourself,  because if you had maintain gambling rules things would have been much better for you. But it seems that your focus I mean your plans was to  make money from gambling forgetting that gambling is not a source of income, it's just a game of luck. I would have said that you should reconsider since you have realized your mistake but I'm not in a position to tell you what to do, even if surely you will do that but not for now. The decision will always come from the gambler himself. If he sees that totally closing his account will give him the advantage and it will give him peace of mind, so be it. I just hope you stick to your initial reason for quitting gamble because there's still chances that you can change your mind but even though you do make sure you have learnt how to discipline yourself. Overtime I've come to realize that quitting something without tackling the real cause will not solve the problem, and for gambling the real cause of spending too much money is greed. Even if you quit gamble today there is a possibility that you can still for something of it's equivalent even in your business because of greed. So why not tackle the actual cause even while you are away from gambling in the meantime.

The decision you made was a difficult one. Now it remains to be seen how long you can stick to this decision. Because even after eliminating these two sites, there are many other sites where you can start again. But congratulations on your decision and business. You made the right decision, you cannot heal properly when you still have some strings with the casino. Self-exclusion is more of what you practice than requesting it from the casino. Honestly, if you want to completely free yourself from gambling, you need to completely distance yourself from gambling for a long time. You cannot do anything in the future that will make you addicted to gambling again. If gambling becomes a part of your life, it becomes very difficult to get out of it. If you really want to be better at heart, you need to completely abstain from all gambling activities.

There are many gamblers who lose money by gambling and keep themselves free from gambling for weeks or months, but when they gradually forget everything or can raise money to gamble, the gambler gradually gets fully involved in his gambling again. Gambling and using traditional games is always a lossing game to most gamblers. Closing those accounts are good decision just make sure you don't make another. The decision to quit gambling completely is never easy, and for you to be able to do that is a very good thing because you are able to decide to stop gambling completely and start thinking about your priorities.

Actually, I don't know how your life is, but I hope that you can get your life back in order and commit to this decision that you will not return to gambling again. Sure amd the hard part of all this is that, if the gambler who closed his accounts on a gambling site's don't work on themselves I mean their perception about gambling, then it just a matter of sometimes before their will dive back to gambling again and this time they conditions may become worse than it was previously.

Then he came up with this idea of closing two of his gambling sites, for me I think he did the right thing. We can already figure out his current situation base on what he write here. Its good that he share his experience because there's something to learn about on it.

I like the decision he did, because with that he can possibly escape from those terrible experiences which he currently combatting. But closing his account is not enough, he needs to be fully committed on decisions done. Much better for him to find other things that can caught his attention to forget about gambling.

I doubt if there is ever felt the fun immediately you realizes that you are betting and loosing more than you could afford.
Even those that are addicted don't seem to find it longer anymore because they are usually focused on chasing a particular which is winning and the more indiscipline they are is the more they losses.
So i don't think they ever feel the fun as much.
Maybe if they don't feel the regrettable sensation in a moment, it could be because they still have a large bankroll but until they begin to run out is when they realizes their attitudes in gambling is draining.
